From start to finish the team at National Refrigeration went far above my expectations. They were easy to deal with when pricing out a new furnace & hot water tank with no pressure to purchase. When I decided to go with them for my new install they showed up on time and got right to it . The crew that came to my home were super professional & answered any questions I had, they were very neat with there work & cleaned up after everything was completed. I would highly recommend National for any new installs & service work.

Constant issues with scheduling over the past year. Made appointment MANY weeks in advance for service and they waited until the end of the scheduled day to tell me they were not showing up. No respect for people having to take time off of work to. No concern for having to miss the appointment. Also tried to schedule purchasing a new air conditioning system but even the prospect of a large job could not get a timely response. Obviously, they do not need new business nor are they concerned about servicing customers that have been with them for over 10 years such as myself. I gave them a second chance after issues last year but If you value your time and money go somewhere else.

Jarrod was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it right away. After fixing the problem, he checked all the vents and discovered a few of them were closed. He also checked filters and changed the ones that needed changing. He was thorough and knew exactly what he had to do to finish the job. I give him at least 5 stars. Thank you.

Our AC quit on one of the warmest days of the summer. I called for service and they told me that it was doubtful they could come the same day. Thirty minutes later they called back and said someone would be there within two hours. Assignments were rescheduled in order to get to me that same day. Jarrod Pacheco arrived on time and got right to work assessing my problem. He worked about two hours to get me back up and running. He was knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and very helpful. He explained what he needed to do and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. NR should be very proud to have an employee like Jarrod. He is an excellent goodwill ambassador.
