Brandon came out as a second opinion to evaluate our existing heat pump system that was not working properly. It turns out we had to replace the whole system. He explained and showed us what had gone wrong with the previous system and how to prevent those same problems in the future. Brandon walked us through what we needed and talked about the benefits the new system would offer. He worked hard to get us a lower price and 10 year parts/labor warranty, and was patient with us as we overcame the sticker shock. He was "real" and we were comfortable with him and his expertise. We didn't feel he was trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Thanks, Brandon!

We had a new heat pump system installed last week by Blue Flame and had a few minor concerns and questions after the install. Eric came out to look at the system and talk with us. He listened to our concerns and addressed and resolved each one. The whole time he was with us, he was educating. He is very knowledgeable and communicates very clearly with lay people who don't know a lot about how these systems work. By the time he left, all of our concerns were resolved and we felt like we understood so much more about our system. Eric is a fabulous educator and helped us feel comfortable with our new system.
