I've used Woolley for plumbing repairs before, and this year Art D was the tech who came to perform our annual gas boiler inspection and he did a fantastic job. He explained the process throughout and the reasoning for each of his steps, cleaned the site afterward and left it looking better than it did when he arrived. He was courteous, professional and friendly and adhered to all of the COVID-19 safety protocols like social distancing and wearing a mask. Ed contacted me about an hour after I called Woolley and requested a service and arrive quickly. He inspected my AC unit and figured out the problem immediately and explain how he can do to fix the problem. He ordered parts and came back within an hour and completed the work efficiently. I appreciated the customer service from my first call to schedule an appointment all the way to the service call with Craig M. David and Donny arrived on time and determined that the reason for the water heater failure was the high water pressure sent to the heater. David determined that the pressure regulator was defective and replaced it. He then replaced the water heater and related equipment to bring the installation up to code. Excellent Job. This morning, Ed P, of Wooley Home Solutions, serviced our 8 year-old gas furnace. He certainly is clearly is a professional. Ed P is friendly, quiet, and knowledgeable. I asked if might teach me how to change the special filter for my furnace and he did. I am choosing to change the filters more often than standard because I have two rescue cats.
I really appreciate that he taught me how to do so in between his normal visits.

Came home from work to no heat and called Woolley and left cell phone number. David called back almost immediately and arrived within the hour. He took a quick look at everything and realized it was a simple safety valve that needed a trade-out. Heat was up and running again within 15 minutes of his arrival. Our hot water boiler blew at a couple nights ago. We lost heat and hot water. Ed, Dave, and Joe were here the very next morning, told us what happened and were off to the races. They were on time everyday, with no issues, and worked fast to get us heat and hot water. There work was second to none, done right and looking good. They even did a little extra work changing out a washer in our sink and helping with our steam boiler. when they were done they swept out every room they were in, not just were a little mess was, the whole room.
