I am extremely happy with Universe Home Services. They installed my AC units today in a short amount of time. The team worked non stop to get the job done. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I Also used Universe to replace my boiler and water heater a few years ago and they did a great job! I would highly recommend Universe Home Services! I was very pleased with Mike the Appliance repairman who installed our Ice Maker. Explained what the problem was, had a mask and gloves on due to the Coronavirus, and arrived at 8:40AM with a window of 8AM-11AM. Mike took about 30 minutes overall for the install. Price wise, it was a little expensive, but I've always believed you get what you pay for, and that certainly was the case with Mike and Universe Appliance! 07/13/20 |

I have had a service contract w/ Universe fo gas heat/hot water an centralized A/C for 9 years. Service has always been reliable/friendly/professional and efficient. Contract price is reasonable (on the high side) but you get what you pay for. 07/13/20 |

Very professional and courteous woman in the office arranged an appointment, and technician was at my door within an hour! The technician, Barney, was equally courteous, and neat and thorough. He quickly located the problem, and expertly replaced a part on my boiler that was under warranty. Universe Home Service set up appointment for Saturday, July 11th, from call on July 7th, 2020. 8AM-11AM appointment time...Mike called and arrived at 8:40AM. Frank himself was fine. He came out, examined the unit, and found several problems. Due to the age of the unit, he suggested complete replacement which I did not have a problem with. However, when the salesman from Universe came out, I received a quote that I was able to beat by several thousand dollars with a higher end unit from the same manufacturer. Frank N. 07/10/20 |

My central AC stopped working in the muddle of a heat wave on the 4th. of July holiday. Not a good situation. I expected to wait days for service.When I called Universe I was so surprised and pleased that they came the same day. He worked for several hours to find the short that kept blowing a fuse, but had to come back the next day. I reminded him that the next day was the 4th.of July holiday and he replied "i'll be here" and he was. He spent hours in a sweltering attic, found the short and repaired it, fully covered by my service contract. To say that I am pleased is an understatement.
