1. They did not take shoes cover .
2. They drank soda from my refrigerator without our permission.
and left empty cans in my basement.
3. They made dent my brand new dryer. They said to fix it. but I never used before. Feel bad.
4. They made hole in order to insert gas pipe on my basement ceiling and never fill up.
They are not professional.

I needed some panel upgrades in order to safely run my generator and not only did he explain and complete the work well enough, he also got my generator up and working ensuring that I was sure of the process myself. I have used this company multiple times and the experiences keep getting better and better. They sent someone within days after the storm and Frank was amazing. He explained everything and gave us our options. He then got on the phone with Taylor and they made it painless to replace our whole damaged AC system. Even in the middle of a heat wave. I recently had to have some plumbing work done at my moms house. The man (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) came out in a reasonable amount of time and was able to fix the first issue. The next day Russ came out and fixed the second issue. I don’t live in the area so they called me to update me on what was going on. My family has used Universe numerous times and has always done an exceptional job. I highly recommend them. 08/11/20 |

Nobody wants to have a problem with household stuff... plumbing, electric, heating, a/c, appliances... we'd all just like them to perform the way they're supposed to. Unfortunately, that's not how any of this works. Problems are inevitable. And it's when those inevitable problems DO happen that I'm glad I deal with Tim and the boys from Universe. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they won't stop until it's all working the way it's supposed to. Gotta love it!
The latest storm knocked 3 of my ductless units out. Called Universe and got their first open appointment. Jason shows up, and an hour later everything up and running as good as new. Can't say enough good about these folks. They just flat out perform! Jason W. 08/08/20 |

Ed S. Came to fix my toilet. Ed , and all the service technicians, are always prompt, competent, informative, and friendly. Never a complaint with Universe appliance. They also replaced and service my Central air system. Prices are fair. They've even applied coupon discounts I didn't know about. Things like the above are why I'm a forever customer. We used Universe Home Services for a plumbing issue at my moms house this week. The service technician Russ was outstanding. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself.
We have used Universe to install a new heating system, for plumbing issues and for appliance issues. From the people that answer the phones in their office to the technicians Universe is a top notch company to deal with.
