Unusual plumbing challenge when I purchased latest Toto washlet toilet seat. James C was up to challenge and worked very diligently to adapt new seat with computerized sensors and oscillating heads, premisters etc. to fit original Toto bowl. He astutely noted that removing tank would destroy washers in tank mounting kit and cause a leak. He ordered parts and returned when parts arrived as promised. Toto parts were notoriously difficult to work with since the plumbing connections of the two seats were incompatible. Not giving up, he inquired at parts suppliers, who had no suitable adapters. He created his own. The new seat with washlet works perfectly....any other plumber would have removed their bowl off the floor at greater cost and time. He avoided the extra work and charges. The problem had started when the Town shut the water then flushed sediment and rust into all the plumbing in my home. He showed me how to avoid a repeat of this when the next water shutdown occurs. Also how to shunt the rust out of main water supply avoiding obstruction of all spigots and plumbing devices in house. Dave B. the electrician who did the work in our home. I wish there are a lot more people like him in the business industry. He was very professional yet friendly, health and safety precaution but the what impressed us the most is he communicated everything to my husband and i walked us though the work he did language that we can both understand. Mike, Keith, Anthony & Jeff were fantastic. They were thorough and respectful. My wife is 9 months pregnant and they took the proper precautions the entire time wearing masks and making sure her safety was first. The job they did was perfection. Clean work and educated me well on the system that was installed. I could not ask for anything more and will contact Universe for all my needs, especially Central air next year. Thank you for hiring and training great people, I feel like I got treated fairly from beginning to end and know that I made the right choice with choosing Universe over the others.

Cory did a great job. He reworked the plumbing so that I could finally stack the washer and dryer for my family. This was a long time coming after Best Buy did a terrible customer service job when their installers refused to stack my machines after the Home Consultant said it could be done. They just wanted the job and the sale thinking that I would just take the machines. I returned everything back. I went elsewhere for my machines and I was happy to give the project to Universe Appliance and their great team.
