Very pleased with the service. Serviceman told us it couldn’t be fixed because it was not made any longer and parts were impossible to get. He did not charge us for the visit, he said he was here only five minutes and was not able to help. We will have to buy a new microwave. I really appreciated his honesty. 09/13/19 |

Universe just installed a new hot water heater. Great job well done by the Universe team of Sal and Melanie. They arrived on schedule laid drop cloths down in the areas they were working on. At the end of the job they swept up and made sure everything was clean.
Excellent job.
I am a happy and satisfied Universe customers for many years.

Joe was not only a professional, gentlemen and he knew what to do for us. He was on time and to the point, also giving us no 1 but 4 options to get the work done. We made the appointment for the following week and had everything done in one day. Awesome job ! Just need to add that Melody, who came to help Joe with our job was a great help. I had a very good experience with universe. The team arrived on time and started to work right away. They seemed to work all day without taking any breaks . When they finished they took everything with them , ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT AND ALSO ALL THE OLD BOILER PARTS. When they finished Mike showed me the new boiler and explained how it works [some what]. he checked my boiler & water heater, changed a part for me.
As I was talking to Rich, we found that we had something in common.
He gave me information about a new water heater if I choose to replace.

The men are polite,and professional they did an amazing job at my house. The oil to Gas Conversion was done in my house, big job!!! they made it look easy. Great Experience with them! Nice job but looks like I overpaid. Universal charged $3800 for a new indirect Heat-Flo HF 50 water heater. Looking on line the unit alone is about $1500, which means the install cost was $2300! My bad. Next time will shop around even if I have to go without hot water for a few days Marc S. 09/07/19 |
