I love Universe Home Services! I have used this company many times in the past and have always felt like I could trust what they tell me. Every technician has been nice and informative. Recently, I had them in to check my hot water heater, which I pretty much knew was shot. They were able to install a new one very quickly and at a good price. Now, I'm going to have them upgrade my electrical service. As soon as I met Joe (23), I knew I wanted him to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Universe! Juan did an excellent job removing my defective water heater and replacing it with a new one. He was totally professional in all aspects of the work.
