Mark let me shoulder surf through the inspection of both our furnaces and air conditioning units. He explained what he was doing and offered both full and self service options for day-to-day maintenance. I learned a few new things and feel much better about the condition of our units. Mark and the others I have met from Trinity have always been knowledgeable and professional.

We have worked with numerous contractors over the past 5 years, and our experience with Trinity Air was by far the best. Mark met with us and did a thorough analysis of the house and walked us through all the choices for HVAC replacement units. He did an excellent job explaining the differences in the various technologies so that we were able to confidently choose new systems. Also, he took as much time as we needed and never seemed rushed. The process could not have gone smoother or faster from the initial phone call to the installation - everything was done in 1 week! The installers, Mike and Chris, were great. They knew exactly what they were doing, thoroughly explained everything and left our house clean. We also chose to get a tankless water heater at the same time. Mark discovered a delay in the supply chain and handled it before we were aware and personally delivered it to our house. We couldn't be more impressed and will recommend Trinity to our friends and family.

I was very pleased with how friendly and professional Jason was from the moment he arrived. In no time he had made the necessay changes to HVAC system so that the new thermostat would function. Chose Trinty Air on recommendment from thermostat manufactor, but my first contact with (via phone) told me I was dealing with a company that understands the importance of customer service. I have used another company for years, but I am considering changing to Trinity Air for the future.

My free cost estimate for a new Trane air conditioner and furnace was the actual price I paid in June with no hidden costs or added service fees. My electric bill for July was over $100 lower than my bill for June, in spite of the record-breaking number of 90-degree days for the month. I can't wait to see how much money I save on my gas bill this winter with my new furnace. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am extremely pleased with your product, your employees, and your service.
