Had my units serviced, Mark was great. But I had issues with one of my units was coming to the end of its life. Ray came out and provided options based on my needs. Within a week i had a new unit installed twice as efficient and they also helped balance the air flow in the rooms. The installation team was great and when they were done eveything was explained and back to normal Thanks

Mark was terrific! He was very thorough and explained everything in and understandable manner. He was very professional but also very personable. He was able to assess our older ac units and let us know exactly what we needed to watch for. Of all the service individuals I have had in my home, by far, Mark is the one I trust the most. My husband and I look forward to a long relationship with Trinity and hope that Mark will be the one who looks after our AC and heating needs.

We had a new 2-stage a/c (XR-17) and furnace installed two weeks ago, and would highly recommend the team we had, including Ricky T, Michael B, Luke W & Ashley E. We were happy with our current service team from another company, but the company offers Lennox products, and our top choice was a Trane product. After much research, we selected Trinity as 1 of 3 companies to bid on a new a/c and furnace. I was hesitant to call Trinity because I had heard negative feedback about the company in the past. However, they had the Trane products we wanted, and recent reviews were wonderful. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Ricky was prompt, did not try to up-sell, had upfront pricing, and for comparable products, offered the lowest quote. He was available for additional feedback when we were comparing companies, and he has done everything as promised. Calls for appts. were prompt, everyone arrived on time, the install went without any problems. Trinity provides a two week service check after the install to be sure the systems are running correctly, which is appreciated. Ricky was out today to bring the warranty paperwork, copies of invoices, etc. Everything was neatly packaged in a nice binder. The house feels very comfortable, and we have noticed that the new 2-stage system is helping the upper level system run more efficiently.

I highly enthusiastically recommend Trinity Air to any who ask for an HVAC service company. Trinity installed our Trane heat pump, and it has done everything the salesman (Mark) had indicated it would. Even in the single digit temps of the winter of '14-'15, our heat pump never once failed to keep the temperature at a very comfortable 74 degrees. And in the summer, the unit is exceptionally energy efficient. The service tech that did the installation, and nearly every service call--Patrick--is thoroughly knowledgable, professional, and very eager to help us understand how to use the unit's WIFI capability.

The heat went out during the night. I called Trinity Air at 8:30 in the morning and by 9:30 Marc B. the technician was already here. The inducer needed to be replaced and because I wanted to have it done as soon as possible I had to pay a little extra (he had to get the part in ATL) but by the same day in the afternoon the heat was back. Mark B. came out to check the heating system at the house. He was very helpful and explained what was going on with the system. He even took the time out to pick up the insulation that had fallen on the floor. Mark took the extra step to also find out about the systems warranty. He followed-up the next day, as he said he would. I would definitely recommend the service from Trinity Air.

Coldest Night of many years, and of course, our furnace stops working. Called Trinity Air at 8:00 am and by 10:00 am the blower was replaced and Heat coming back on! Great timing, excellent work and good pricing. Thank You so Much! I am a repeat customer and service like this is why.

I am a real estate broker in the Coweta, Fayette county area. I have had two HVAC inspections done for two separate buyers. I have found that the inspection was more thorough then I have ever received and very reasonably priced. Mark Barnhouse was my service provider each time. Did an excellent job both times.

The heat went out in our house last night. We heard this clicking noise and then no heat. It was COLD all night. The whole family bundled up in our room with an electric heater. I called Trinity Air this morning at 7:30am and the answering service lady was nice and took my information. Someone from the office called later and they had a tech out here by around 10am. Patrick came by, introduced himself, put on shoe covers, and went to work. He shortly found it was a controller board. Well, he gave me my options...including installing a new unit on Saturday if that was what we wanted. He was concerned about us having heat with it getting so cold this weekend. I chose to get a new controller board instead of the new unit. He checked with the office and drove to another location himself to pick up a board from a supplier then came right back and installed it. Patrick was polite, concerned, and knew what he was doing. I know that Trinity Air is owned by Rob and Melody Eubanks and they are great people. It was so nice to know that extends to their employees. Patrick is a great guy. I had to spend a bit of money unexpectedly, but I feel I got a great value from an excellent company. Thanks Trinity Air and Patrick!
