I have used Trinity Air since 1996. I received fast service for breakdowns, expert advice on heating and air condition, and helpful repairs to extend life of AC and heating. Nathan has helped me with everything from squirels in the attic to a clogged dryer pipe. I'm 76 years old now and it is comforting to be able to count on a company that goes above and beyond to help. Happy with every level of service. Mark delivered everything he said he would and addressed all my concerns. Mike, Nick and Joe did a great job on the install. They were professional, tidy and thorough. Our first contact was with Jason who was asked to do a Winter service on our two systems. He found a cracked heat exchanger that was potentially exposing my family to carbon monoxide. He showed me the crack and explained my options to me. Mark was our salesman and did an outstanding job, beginning to end. He was very thorough in explaining our options and helped us pick the right system. On the day of installation he came out shortly after the installation team arrived to see if they saw any complications he might have missed the day we contracted for the installation, and to see if they needed anything more to do the job. An hour or so later the owner of the company arrived to check progress and look for issues. Mike and Nick were the installation team and were efficient and professional. They worked well as a team and were obviously extremely well trained, experienced and competent. Can't say enough about how well they did their jobs. As the installation was wrapping up, Mike talked to the service technician who came over before they left and did the set-up and system check to be sure everything was working properly. Had a great experience. Someone from Trinity called to let me know Dan was on his way. Once Dan arrived he checked out the system, changed the filter and asked if I had any questions.
