Spoke with Anna this past Tuesday regarding an oil price which she provided she told me I had 24 hours for them to honor it when I called back in the 24 hours I had to leave her a message and nobody called me back he back I called the following day left another message and still nobody call me back today I decided to call to get somebody else on the phone and they will not honor the price that I was "d even though it was promised to me. Chris the salesman and should call me back only to tell me that he traced my numbers and couldn't find it I told him my number came up as private and to please check again and he refused to cooperate and refuse to listen to her messages to her messages that I left Anna for 2 days.. I feel like he was accusing me of being a liar and that really upset me so therefore I don't think they're dealing with this company is a good idea.Well the update is I got a call back from Chris and he did listen to Anna's messages and decided to honor the price. Carlos Ordonez provided an excellent service! He was very respectful of my home and also took the time to explain everything he was doing as well as the pricing. Most technicians just come in and do their job and leave, but Carlos went out of his way to make sure I fully understood everything he was doing and he fully answered all my questions. Carlos was the 5th service person to find out why I had to continually hit the reset button. He actually spent the time and did the work to find the problem, which wasn't really that difficult if anyone else had soent the time and I guess had the knowledge. I rarely post any reviews but today I’m compelled to do so because Tragar employees deserve it.
Let me start with Vinny, the sales personnel. He explained everything I needed to know to help us decide what kind of boiler to get, to replace our old one.
I told him that I am waiting for 2 other companies to give me a quote, he waited patiently, just checking everyone now and then, not pushy, and answered all the questions I had about the type of boiler.
He was transparent about the cost and availability of zero financing.
The other companies gave me a lower quote.
But, I felt that Vinny was trustworthy, and his customer service was excellent I decided to get the ascent boiler from Tragar.
The day of installation came, Mike and Mike and Phil came, they are wonderful people, worked so hard. I did not know how Mike fit installing our boiler in a small space. They also left the house clean. I was worried because I just got new floors, but all was well.
I am sure their work was so tiring and physically taxing, but please know we appreciate you all,
Please, continue the good workmanship that you are doing, you make a difference in peoples lives.

I had a unusual, loud noise coming from my furnace when I got up this morning. I called Tragar and was lucky enough to have Adam assigned to me to handle my service call. He was able to isolate the noise to my Beckett "gun". He methodically eliminated the potential sources of the noise in order to diagnose the underlying cause and correct the problem. I am extremely grateful for the service he provided. The true measure of a high quality home heating company is when you have a problem with your furnace in the dead of winter. Extremely happy with the service provided by Danny B! He's very patient and very knowledgeable. I knew right away he was someone I could trust. There was a leaking valve on the boiler. The first visit from another tech the previous day had not resolved the issue, but Danny knew right away that it was because the cap placed on it needed to be tightened. He explained the science behind why that would work. He also patiently and throughly answered any questions I had regarding annual maintenance, what the service plan covered, and showed me how to adjust the water temperature, which immediately improved the quality of our showers. As an existing Tragar customer, I knew i wanted to go with them for my oil tank replacement. ************ was very professional i knew right away once he walked through the door that i wanted Tragar to do the job. Unlike other companies **** was on time and explained the process and laid everything out on the table with all possible options. Tragar was able to accommodate to my schedule and again were on time for the installation. The 2 install techs that did the job were very professional, no cutting corners and were nice enough to explain and show what was done. From the extremely clean install to how they got the new tank down the basement in the tightest of spaces shows they know what they are doing.
