Juan and supervisor installed a furnace. He worked non-stop from 8:15 AM til 4:15 PM. After the installation, he put up 4 smoke detectors in different areas of the house so I'll be notified of a CO leak. He was very courteous and cleaned up after completing the installation. I would definitely use Tipping Hat in the future if a heating and/or a plumbing problem occurs! Juan G. 04/15/22 |

Called "Tipping Hat" for a basic sewer line rooting service. Kathy very helpful as first contact. She arranged for Seth to come the next day. Had LOTS of initial questions for both of them and they took the time to ensure I understood what was happening from start to finish. Also appreciated meeting Joe, who was called on later to help navigate through some tight turns in the pipeline. It was impressive to me that Seth paused when these issues blocked his progress and that he was able to get some prompt assistance from another colleague "to ensure they proceeded correctly". I was charged the price from the initial quote and am very satisfied with the work that was done and with all the follow-up information I was given on future maintenance and repair. This company is the perfect choice if you want great customer service, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, employees that are knowledgeable in their field, tidy, on time, and sell great products at a good price. We purchased a Rheem furnace and air conditioner one day and the next day, they were installed. We lucked out with their availability, but it still was quite shocking to me because it was a big investment. We mostly dealt with Eric and he is the most down to earth person, very knowledgeable about the products, not pushy, answered all our questions, efficient with the paperwork, friendly, and provided the best customer service. Phillip and Ken were friendly and prompt with my email requests. Ken filed our insurance claim so efficiently that we already have the check. The office staff, Kathi, Alex, and Ginger were also friendly and so prompt with their emails. All the service professionals, including Jake McBee, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. They put up with my picky questions, put up with the dog that thought they came to play ball with him, and the husband that is retired who loves to talk. They worked straight through without breaks or lunch. When they left, all was neatly cleaned up and the installations have been perfect. If I should need any of the other services that Tipping Hat provides, I will not hesitate to contact them because of this fantastic experience.
I had an issue with Tipping Hat to perform a maintenance inspection and flush for our Rinnai tankless water heater that we did not buy from them 11 years ago. We spent the first scheduled day in frustration because they kept changing the times and by the time, the last one came, there was a misunderstanding of what we had requested to be done. We decided that it was best to contact Tipping Hat the next day and see if they do maintenance inspections on tankless water heaters. Luckily, I reached Elizabeth and she was sooooo kind and helpful with all my questions and got us scheduled for the next day. The first person didn't arrive as scheduled but Elizabeth made sure that someone would. Mike Frik showed up and did an excellent maintenance inspection and flush on our Rinnai tankless water heater. I was curious about the inside of the water heater and the process of flushing it; boring life, right? Mike was so knowledgeable about it and so patient with me while explaining everything he was doing. He was here quite a long time but like he said, he provides service like he was servicing equipment in his own home.

Landon M identified a sump pump problem/issue that we have had for the past 3 years and developed a solution that included replacement of the sump pump and re-routing & repiping of the discharge water from the unit. Caleb did an excellent job fabricating and installing the discharge water piping for the new sump pump. Both technicians were very responsive, courteous and professional. Also, Landon answered all of my questions regarding the proper operation & life expectancy of sump pumps and ensured the unit was operating properly after he finished the job.
All of my past experiences with Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric have been very positive and I would definitely use them again in the future and I would also recommend them to friends, neighbors and relatives. Landon M. 03/25/22 |

2/23/22 - Sean Beinert arrived to fix a hole in the ceiling where the new Rheem furnace was installed last month. He checked the furnace (not working properly), and found that the the two-stage motor was not wired correctly when installed. He fixed the problem, and now the furnace is work as it should be. I am extremely happy with Tipping Hat. We had a water heater going. I was hesitant to fix it now, but it was clear it needed replacing. In 17 years it had earned its money. Tipping Hat was quick to the call. Landon was excellent to walk me through each step of starting with a quote, giving me options, and ultimately winning my business by making the install fit in my budget. I am very happy with the results of my installation. Landon went above and beyond, cleaning up the old install work, and upgrading it so that it meets code. As well as upgrading it as a whole with an expansion tank, water sensor and new CO detector. They don't half do an install. Its either done right, or not done at all. Tipping Hat installed my new Rheem AC/Furnace on 1/15/2022. Kodiak Ansel gave my wife and I various package estimates that we requested and we selected one to fit our needs with the help of Kodiak. We found him to be very informative, courteous, and took plenty of time to explain snd answer our questions. Tyler, Austin, and , Aaron were here for the install. We found these gentlemen to be polite, worked very cleanly , took care bringing in new equipment and taking out old to not damage walls, etc. All of the people we dealt with followed Covid Protocol, wore masks and maintained appropriate distance. At the end of the install, we were shown all aspects of the units, how to use, and answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with Kodiak, Tyler, Austin, and Aaron. We will definately use Tipping Hat for any future HVAC needs.

He and the rest of the crew from Tipping Hat came to my home today and in one day, replaced my circuit breaker box and all my plugs and switches as well as moved a light fixture and installed two new ceiling fans. Our heater was having a hard time starting up. Sean came and identified the problem right away. He cleaned the sensor.
Sean also went over and beyond. He recognized that our thermostat only detected one part of our heater and not the second. He added what was necessary so that the second part starts up when needed. As first time homeowners, this was knowledge that escaped us. We are so appreciative of his good work and recommend him and Tipping Hat to anyone who needs their excellent services. This required digging/refilling a 2ft deep trench across about 15ft. in clay, replacing the gas line, and returning the dirt back to the trench. Tipping Hat installed a new HVAC system for our home. The estimate was for the work to take two days and they needed an extra morning due to a part that was not available. We needed both a mechanical inspection and an electrical inspection. They scheduled the inspections, allowing us to pick a day that worked for us. The mechanical inspector noted that the installation exceeded what is required by code.
