Tipping Hat did a great job. They installed an AC unit at my house last Thursday when the heat was pushing 100 degrees. They were very responsive and gave me regular updates. They finished the job in one day, as they said at the beginning. And of the 3 companies I spoke with, they gave us the best price. Special thanks to Chappy, Tyler, Britton, and Zach who did a great job and were very professional and friendly. And my house is nice and cool despite the Denver heat! Kyler Anders along with the office/supervisory team of John Turner and Elizabeth have been great. We've had them doing some electrical work and Kyler came in with his associate Brit and did a fine job wiring things up as we needed them in our kitchen remodel, explaining the next steps, and fixing a few other items that were on our list. He's going to return for part 2 of the electrical work, and John will probably be the one that does the last of the plumbing as it requires a Master Finisher. Great experience with these guys so far! We had some issues getting scheduled with Tipping Hat, but when we finally had Dominic come to our house it was all good! He started up and did some preventive maintenance for our evaporative cooler. He reinforced the importance of proper maintenance and shut down, which was a good reminder. He also did some educating, which is always appreciated from this home owner.

Fantastic company. Customer service is top notch starting with the Tiawana in the office to the whole team ( Billy W, Erin L, Corey M, Chris D. x2) that came to my residence to install a new air conditioning unit, new furnace and an attic fan. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable and worked extremely hard as Erin and Corey were there for 10 hours making sure the system was working flawlessly
Even when we had a slight hickup with the pilot light being turned off for the water heater and had a cool shower they had a tech back at the residence the next day to fix it.

I originally had an appointment set for Friday between 2-4pm and when it approached around 3:30 I called to confirm my appointment. Whoever answered the phone stated that there was not an appointment scheduled and no one could come out. To say the least; I was very upset. However, within 10 mins I received a call that someone would be out within 30 mins. Once arrived, he was very professional, confident in what he was doing and very pleasant. Alden and Edwin instalIed my 2.5 ton ac and 2 cycle furnace in less than a day and they custom cut to fit the mechanical duct attachments. Just in the nick of time! I got to watch Dominic reconstruct an incorrectly placed condensate line placed previously by another company so that it would now pass inspection by adding a gas trap and tying the condensate line to the correct sanitary pvc in my crawl space. He was very professional working while I asked him a bunch of questions about plumbing. Dominic spent half the time doing things right that the other company did only to do it wrong. Thanks Gary! I booked an appointment with you online to have my air conditioner inspected. When no one showed up I called to see what the problem was. She quickly explained that even though the web cite indicates that the appointment was scheduled that often isn’t the case. We’ve used Tipping Hat for a number of years because they do great work and are so professional. When our old roof-mount evaporative cooler finally stopped working we had a hard time finding companies that install them. We got a fabulous new unit, and they were thorough in explaining how to use the new controller.
