Brian from T.O. Plumbing - we had a problem with the under sink (kitchen) drain line leaking. Brian showed up (same day service!) and did a quick look see - he explained what he was going to do and the cost. we agreed and a little later the job was completed perfectly - can't say enough about Brian's personality and professionalism - we have some history with T.O. Thousand Oaks Plumbing is my go-to Plumbing Company! I am the owner of Salon Westlake, we have a total of 14 Sinks in our salon! The last thing I need is a bad plumber & bad service! When our salon’s plumbing isn’t right it ruins my stylists incomes & our clients experience and neither of those is something I want to happen!
I also use Thousand Oaks Plumbing for my homes. They are the most pleasant, fair & professional people to to business with!
Being I am a woman, I sometimes get the “ You don’t know what your talking about little lady” or “ Stop asking so many questions & let me do my job”” attitudes from many men in trade industries.
I have NEVER been treated like that from Thousand Oaks Plumbing! They are so patient & understanding. They always explain everything that they are doing and why. I have learned so much from their technicians over the years.
Also their office staff is equally as courteous & helpful!

Chris was awesome,very polite removed in foot wear before he entered the house, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and cleaning up afterwards. Thousand Oaks plumbing is great,the only thing that they need to work on is making sure that their office staff listen to the customer,when they make arrangements for them to call the customers cell phone and not the home phone number or sending texts. My experience with TO Plumbing was very positive— prompt and courteous same-day service to repair a slow drip in my electric water heater. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, got a “heads up” phone call that the technician was on his way, and Brian arrived promptly. He was friendly and courteous, explained the problem and several options with cost estimates. He then proceeded to make the repair and was done within a relatively short time. Mathew arrived on time and performed an excellent jog in locating my slab leak. The leak is relatively slow, so locating it was difficult, but Mathew systematically narrowed down the breached area. Excellent job.
We will be making a follow up appointment for the repair. Both the leak detection fee and quote for the repair are very fair.

Chris came to my house to work on a problem with my shower control. He was not only on time he was early! He was a really pleasant person to work with and assured me that he would take care of everything. And He Did! It was a tough job. The house is over 40 years old and he needed to replace an original part. The old part was stuck. He patiently kept working on it to avoid having to tear out part of the wall. Finally he succeeded in releasing it. He and I were both ecstatic. I can't recommend Chris or Thousand Oaks Plumbing highly enough.
