We had a major leak in our NuvoH2O system. Had to shut off water. We were referred, by a neighbor, to The Plumbing Store. Receptionist, Daisy, was most helpful. She rescheduled another appt. to get Tim T out here to help us out. He was great! Got here in about 15 mins. Gave us good options for a different water treatment system and we ordered it! I called AZ Super-Plumbers, and they sent Tim out, who installed a bidet toilet seat on one of our toilets.
Then I called the following week, and Anthony showed up, removed our kitchen Reverse Osmosis filtering equipment, and broke our new ( Amazon ) hot/cold water appliance he was booked to install. He told me he would book a Monday appointment ( about a week later ) to install the new hot/cold device after I told him it would take a few days for a replacement to arrive, and that the remaining cost would be around $250.00..
No one appeared Monday as promised, so I called, and the office said Anthony had not booked an appointment to put the kitchen sink back together with the new device.... I was dismayed, but booked Tim back the following day,...
When he arrived, Tim quoted ~$850 to install a direct replacement disposal ( 10 minutes max ) the hot/ cold replacement appliance Anthony had broken the week before ( I ordered a new one on Amazon ) .
Because there was a huge difference in the costs between visits, Tim called his owner to confirm the pricing. I ended up agreeing to pay today's quote to install the hot/cold tap, and replace the reverse osmosis filtering equipment Anthony had removed. When the owner called me directly to discuss, she claimed Anthony had not made an appointment ( why else would we think he did ) the reverse osmosis filter was not part of the quote, and after a debate, proceeded to cancel our appointment leaving our kitchen all over the floor, and the sink filtering and new machines not working... Her arrogance is astounding...
This is a perfect example of someone ( owner ) who should not be in a service business, and I would encourage anyone to find another plumber in Prescott. Kim G. 08/24/21 |

James came out to quote a job, after he did his initial research I asked him to look at some plumbing done previously by a different company, who’s name I will never say again.
Long story short the work was all done very poorly and overpriced, James explained to me how it was supposed to be done to comply with code and to last the test of time. He was able to make this situation right and I could check one more thing of my list. James is a true professional who has a very bright future and he absolutely loves his job and his industry. He took pride in his work and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I will definitely do business with AZ Super plumbers again and would recommend you do the same!
In my pictures you can see the red and blue pipes installed and pinched from a prior plumber who charged me more than double what James quoted.

Anthony and Josh arrived on-time and set to digging up a poorly installed section of my sewer. They showed-up on time and explained why I would get stoppages and how they would make the repair. I have used AZ Super Plumber a number of times in the past. Tim was the assigned tech on some of those past calls. The results of those past projects was the reason I called on AZ SP this time. They do it right for a fair price. My pressure regulator went out, creating wild fluctuations in flow. Water hammer too. I needed help fast. After looking at it towards end of day, Tim said they would adjust the schedule for the next day to get me back up with house water. Tim showed up early next day and the regulator, water heater (old one was near end of life), hot water recirc pump were all replaced, as I requested. Tim knows what he is doing and is efficient. An added benefit is that he straightened out the flow of the recirc system, so that it now works well-I have instantaneous hot water at all points in the house.
