Yesterday morning, we thought our hot water heater was laking in the garage. Within in 1 hour of my call, "TJ" was on his way. In the meantime, I heard a loud crash in the garage, only to find that it wasn't the water heater, but a burst pipe in the ceiling as the ceiling fell with all the wet insulation and water gushing out of the broken pipe. I called TJ and said, "drive faster!" He assessed the problem and tended to it immediately. He called a water restoration company that came out in minutes. He was there until 6 pm working in the hot garage to repair the problem. He was kind, patient (at my freak out), and VERY competent. I will

First of all I got 4 Quotes on a new water heater. Pink Plumber and TJ worked with me on price and TJ did the job right away. Had a serious water leak in a rental I resided in. I was already grumpy and without water for several days. Felix arrived on a Saturday afternoon late in the day. He was very professional and rather funny even after his long day. Helped lift my mood bc he has a great personality. He came back on Monday to do the actual repairs, which took a good part of the day. As before, he was upbeat and entertaining which made things a tad less stressful. In the end he fixed the leak. Just want to give a shout out to Richard Quoma who worked so hard to fix a leak I had under my stairs. It was a hot, dark and tight area for him to work in. My husband and I live in Michigan and have a condo in Florida. I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars because from the first time Richard Q entered our house he was a 10 star person. When he found out that our problem was much bigger than we thought (clogged tub) he took care of the problem quickly. He had to remove our tub and build a shower instead, he had to replace all of our pipes, (50 year old house) and toilet. He did all of these repairs with his 10 star buddy Will. These two kept my bathroom clean the whole time they were tearing stuff up. I would recommend these two to anybody that needs a plumber. The Pink Plumber is the best. Your employee came by first time an recommend they replace the sewer line was never done well it clogged a second an third time . Each time Thomas cleaned it out an charged 758.00x 3 = around 2300. To clean out a 15ft line second time he came he was quite rude towards the woman she's 70yo disabled lady and hes very intimidating , Thomas insists it was her fault , mean well this drain is 50 to 60 to and clogs frankly it needs rep lo racing, third time he came he seemed quite upset that he had to be ther and was insisting it was womans fault and again quite rude towards her . And heated words were exchanged that I had to change the situation before it got out of control .. the park was going to ma kno e her pay but came to agreement to have tenant only pay half . Still the aggravation was unwarranted . The woman is on a fixed income of 900. Per month she wont be able to do shopping or get her meds and I explicitly told Thomas this , but he kept insisting it was tenant fault Thomas S. 08/30/21 |

TJ’s customer service was beyond superior! Not only was he informative and prompt, but also very personable and friendly. He explained to me what was wrong with my kitchen sink and even taught me how to clear it on my own if it were to ever get stopped up by something. He showed up very quickly and had the job done in about 20 minutes. This was very helpful, as I am a law student and sometimes my coursework can be overwhelming, so having this problem fixed so quickly was a weight off of my shoulders. Also, all of my food needs to be cooked, so use of my sink is an absolute necessity. I wouldn’t ask for anyone else to help me with any possible future problems besides TJ! It is employees such as himself that give this company an excellent reputation and create customers for life. There certainly should be more TJs in this world! Thank you!!!

Plumbing problems are never a good time. TJ explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was professional and very efficient. More importantly, he was very patient and understanding with regard to my situation. He provided pictures to better understand the problem(s). This initial problem turned out to be just the tip of the iceberg and evolved into a more complicated situation. TJ explained my options, assisted with payment options, and offered future plans to correct the entire problem.
