After 4 previous calls for no heat, We've had a very difficult problem to diagnose and Tom N. finally determined that it was a intermittent Transformer which as I know from being an Electronics Tech for 40 yrs , it can be very difficult to figure out. Tom came in the beginning of the storm ( even had to drive to Riverhead from Miller Place to get parts) and stayed throughout the storm until he knew the system was working 100%. He was super professional and friendly as well not to mention his system knowledge. Swezey is lucky to have Tom N in their employ and he represents the company as well as anyone could. We have been Swezey Fuel customers for years and have always been happy with their service. Our recent service call went beyond all of our expectations. Joe G is an exceptional professional who came to assist us with our lack of heat and worked diligently, checking multiple possibilities, until he found and resolved the issue. The best thing about the service call, though, was that Joe G was not only an extremely competent professional, he was also a truly good person - patient, understanding, communicative, helpful. We had an issue with our circulator pump and called for a technician. Joe G arrived within half an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what needed to be done and worked quickly to fix the pump. When he was finished he showed us what was done and we tested the heat, which worked immediately.
