WIlliam was fantastic! He listened to my concerns, took into account the basic diagnosis information that I was able to perform on my own, and provided me with multiple options to address the issue that we had. He didn’t try to oversell and was very conscious of our needs. When I went back to do the final inspection of the work, I found that he had cleaned up the area, and tidied up some of the sloppy work that had been done by a technician from another company. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Their scam is to get into your home and provide an outrageous estimate, hoping that you will pay the outrageous price or be on the hook for the trip charge. I requested a quote for a pressure reducing value. The quote I got was twice as high as all my research indicated. When I asked how much I was paying for the part and how much I was paying for the installation, William responded "I don't know." When I asked him to call the office to find out, William said that the office wouldn't know either! RED FLAG SCAM ALERT! Dylan called when he was on his way. Nice. He came right on time and was so easy to work with. He ended up having to saw through CONCRETE instead of drywall. This was done with a great attitude, no complaints. I doubt many plumbers would have even taken on the job, he even had to replace the saw he was using, as opening the ceiling and spout took double the time it to do the job.

On my latest repair, replacing a 3-way shower/tub valve, Justin did a great job. However, I felt he was terse and surly in his attitude. I could choose all 5 categories. My husband and I have been working with Sunshine for nearly 4 years. They have never disappointed. They installed our new furnace, hot water heater and AC in 2016. The most recent visit was to replace 2 outside faucet that had been leaking. The office is always wonderful and they take the extra time to call if the technician is running behind schedule which is so appreciated. This is in addition to the technician calling. Anyway, this was one of those jobs whereby a couple of challenges were encountered. Justin was thoroughly patient, professional, knowledgeable ever so positive and pleasant. The job was satisfactorily completed. Due to the current climate, Justin arrived with his mask and gloves on plus wore booties in the house which he must have had to change in/out of more than a dozen time as the work necessitated inside/outside time. Justin F was great. After chasing an invisible water leak that lost 7,000 gallons of water in a month. Justin found it! We didn't dig deep enough in the crawl space. What really impressed me was they were able to fix it the next day. A three man crew and a backhoe showed up to dig out and replace the supply line. If I could have rated Sunshine Heating & Air higher, I would have. Sunshine just finished installing a new High Efficiency Navien Boiler/Hot Water system in my home. The entire company went above and beyond my expectations in every area. Kristie, in the office, is to be commended for handling all of the scheduling. William Frew, the owner, promised a completed job in a week and delivered on that promise. William and his team, including Marco, Dylan, Chris and Josh arrived promptly at my home each morning. They were professional, answered all of my questions, cleaned up every night before they left, and overall treated me and my home with respect. Sunshine definitely provides a quality installation and each and every person that worked on my install was extremely proud of the work they presented me. Sunshine came back today to "tweak" a few things that William was not satisfied with. I have shown my new boiler/hot water system to friends and family, as it looks that good. In the past year, Sunshine has replaced my furnace & a/c, one of my hot water heaters and a hot water heater at my mom's. The people that they send to do the work are friendly and helpful. I wasn't especially happy with the service when having my furnace & a/c replaced. There was an issue with the thermostat that was eventually rectified, but it took months, and lots of effort on my part. And I wasn't aware they had pulled a permit that I needed to follow up with until I received a notice from the city. Last week my mom had trouble with her furnace. She wasn't able to be home, so I met Manny (Service Tech) at her home. He did a great job showing me what was the issue with her furnace. He gave her options for replacement should she choose to do that (furnace is nearing 20 years old) and set her up with a maintenance plan for all of her heating/ac/plumbing. He was very helpful and did a great job getting everything back in working order. Jaysen was the plumber on the job and he was awesome. With past plumbing services I have used, I have had a plethora of bad experiences including one guy who looked like a serial killer with a really BAD attitude. Jaysen was like having the clouds parted after a storm with chubby cherubs happily flying around and angels singing.
