Update (July 2019): Daniel recently came by to help us with an AC issue. Daniel identified and corrected a tricky problem with one of our AC ducts. He was careful and methodical and we really appreciate his help. The room, which has typically been 10-15F hotter than the rest of our house, now maintains the same temperature as the rest of our home. Thanks, Daniel!

Tony was quick to find the issue with our toilet, a plastic scrapper was blocking the way. Inadvertently the scrapper made its way into the toilet from the mop bucket. The Sunshine team from beginning to end were extremely responsive. I had a team out to my house to fix my water heater in less than an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable and presented me with my options in a way that was not pushy or "just trying to make a sale." I was out of town two thousand miles away when my neighbors noticed major water flowing from my house sump pump. Within hours it was determined that my water supply line had sprung a leak somewhere. I had used Sunshine previously a couple of times and was very satisfied. I called them again to see if they could help me once more. They indicated that they had a booked schedule but would see where they could put me in. Jeff worked his magic and was able to fix my line on Friday which worked great since I wasn't due back till the weekend. Everything was working when I got back to my home and you would hardly notice that work had been done in my front yard.

Sunshine plumbing & HVAC was super helpful and quick. I tried DIY to replace a shower valve cartridge , but screwed up and the pipes sprung a leak.. The next day James showed up and capped the pipes so we could turn on water to the house. The following day he was back again and installed new fixtures. Things work perfectly. D***** was the tech on my job. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my A/C, explained what my options were and quoted me the price for the job. The installers also arrived on-time to replace my coil. The installation job ran longer than expected, but was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They made certain that the system was working properly and to my satisfaction before leaving. Afterwards, D****l stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied and to ask if I had any questions. The tech from Sunshine (Lorenzo) came out and told us our AC unit had a bad compressor and fan and needed to be repaired for $7,600 or replaced for $7,300. We called Rock Heating and AC after they were recommended by a friend and they were able to fix a bad capacitor for $425 total. Now the AC unit is working like new. Needless to say, Sunshine is either incompetent or dishonest and I'd recommend that you steer clear of this business if you value your money. Lorenzo D. 06/05/19 |
