I'm very please with the installation of our new gas heating/ AC system. This duplex was built in the mid 80's making installation even tougher. Even when the installers ran into some unexpected issues they were upfront with my wife and we were able to move forward with ease. I was deployed to Afghanistan during the entire job but felt comfortable with this crew of professionals installing the new ducting, heating and AC units. After dealing with other local HVAC companies, I put our recurrent issues with our HVAC into the hands of Comfort Systems. Everything was done on a timely manner. We had a 30yr old heat pump unit we were replacing. Due to a change in code we had to move the unit. they placed it exactly how we wanted it thinking of aesthetics running the lines and electrical where they couldn't be seen. They did a good job overall and the price was competitive. Installation happened in one day, but it was a long day. I think our install was particularly challenging.
There was an issue with communicating who was to do what with regards to the electrical. This ended up costing me over $100 more than the original quote. It wasn't too big of a deal because of a discount I had coming in, but it should have been avoided in the first place. The onus of communication for customer done work on a job must be on the company.

Even heading into the July 4th weekend they
We're able to do a full A C replacement. Lennox seems
To be a quality product and the price seemed fair. My only criticism is that while financing had great terms
And was easy. I some how ended up not receiving
a copy of the contract. So no payment information,
We had gone over it verbally but some how missed

I do not know their names, but the two gentlemen who installed my new AC system were great. They were in and out of my home in a few hours and gave me numerous tips on everything from the new thermostat to when changing of the filter would be best. Spokane Comfort Systems answered all of my questions, provided thoughtful responses and were patient with my lack of knowledge on a/c options. They were respectfully aware of my budget and never tried to push me beyond what I wanted to spend. Each person that I worked with was helpful, respectful and kind.

I can not say enough about how great this dealer is. From start to finish they were extremely professional and affordable. Darin was so helpful figuring out my needs and taking much of the stress away. They came in the morning and by 4:00 pm I had a new furnace and central air conditioner installed. I got a call from the tenant saying the furnace was not not working. The next day I had a different company come out to fix. instead of fixing it I paid $310 to tell me the furnace is condemned and has to be replaced. The temp was to be about 9 degrees the next few nites. I got a few quotes that day. Spokane Comfort System not only came in the lowest, they installed it the next day. That's right the very next day. By 1pm the next day the new furnace was up and running. Could not ask for better service then that. Not only did the quick install save me the worry of having frozen pipes.
