Absolutely amazing!! Our air went out on the evening of Friday July 3rd. We called Reliable on Saturday July 4th. Of course I was worried I would be able to get any help on the 4th. But the office called the tech on call and Jonathan was at the house within an hour. It didn't take him long at all to fix things - he even had the part we needed on his truck. And he took the time to check on other things in the house and listen to all my random questions.
Jonathan was professional, friendly and a saving grace to someone without air conditioning on the 4th of July!
I have to also say that the pricing was not bad at all. I expected the service call to be much more for a Holiday weekend

I called Reliable Heating & Air first thing in the morning and Matt was at my house in about an hour. Matt was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed my issue, told me what it would take to resolve it, and how much it would cost.
Matt had what was needed on his truck and quickly took care of the problem.

I have used Reliable Heating and Air since I moved to the area a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Right off the bat, they rerouted a dryer vent that the home inspector said was against code to be venting into the garage, because the old vent to the outside had been clogged completely up. They also did the correct paper work to help me force the previous owner (I had bought it from ) to pay for it, as they had dangerously reconnected the vent to the clogged pipe after the home inspector's report. I also had them clean out all my duct work. Such a great company! Since that time, their technicians have been to my house three times to do my seasonal check-ups and ** has been at two of those. I had a split, ductless AC unit installed. ** estimated and coordinated the work. He kept me informed of what was going on and when the work was going to be performed. ** was our lead installer and was very professional. The crew showed up on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. When they left the area was satisfactorily cleaned. Cameron, who came to fix a leak in my air handler, not only got the job done but corrected a few other items that could be potential problems down the line.
