The experience was great! The app alerted me when the tech was on the way and even included a photo of the tech. They were very familiar with the situation and explained everything. They were also very professional with wearing additional face mask when entering my home. After identifying that they couldn't perform their rodding services due to a pipe malfunction they only charged a service fee and didn't try to take advantage. This past week while away from home for next 4 weeks I needed assistance with sump pump discharge problems. It was single digit temps and the problem was outside in the cold. As with first experience last year, they were so good to call back as promised, and offered clear explanation for next step. While enroute to my house, Ryan R advised of his timing ( a big reassurance to me that progress was being made). He quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, and sent pics. I called to get some details of what he did, and like the first issue last year I got a clear and concise explanation. Communication is Excellent with this company. After paying for a reoccurring problem three times within a few months, Reid & Pederson got it right on their first visit. To date Reid and Paterson has provided me with clear and decision information to assist me in correcting my plumbing issues in my newly acquired residence.

Reid and Pedrrson plumbing drainage company came to my rescue after several failed attempts to work with my contracted home warranty service HOME WARRANTY OF AMERICA service (HWA) failed me badly. All my long calls to HWA were run arounds. Because HWA has 3,-three hidden service charge fees that I refused to deal with.
Therefore I decided to cut out the middle man in working with the HWA company.
So to curtaintail my plumbing stress. Because I was tried of going over to family to do my toiletry needs and laundry. So I contacted Reid N Pederson drainage n plumbing company. I needed.wanted a REAL plumbing service. So got on the phone w/.Anita at Reid n Pederson.
They explained to me their service n fees and got me on their schedule immediately for a week day drain line clean out.
The two young men they sent out were good and very very polite and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed questions about my household future plumbing needs.

Originally I called Rotor-Rootor because my basement drain was overflowing from my washer. Their technician stated it was an ejector pump that needed to get replaced and wanted to charge me an outstanding amount. I knew the price was excessive so I called Reid & Pederson because of a recommendation. The representative quoted me over the phone. I was able to get a technician out within 12 hours. The technician I had was Jose A. He was amazing, outgoing, and explained the whole process with no fluff or gimmicks. Jose realized that the first quote was excessive and ensured me it will be a lot less. In addition it wasn’t even the ejector pump, it was the back up sump pump. In fact I didn’t even have an ejector pump. Jose, followed the CDC guidelines and extra precautions. Jose broke down the pricing and was able to fix on the spot with just over an hour.
