I called Reid and Pederson with a minor problem the day after this area had had a very heavy downpour with flooding. This was not a good day for me to call with something not very important , but I did, and they were at my door the very next day. I was so surprised....I had expected to wait a week for service. R&* sent a technician less than an hour after I called to rod my completely clogged kitchen sink 2 hour before I had company. ****** was excellent - professional, friendly, competent. we have called Reid & Pederson the last few times that we've needed a plumber. They are always reliable and professional, and do a great job. We called Monday, and got an appointment the same day. Ryan came out and fixed 2 problems that we were having. He answered our questions, and did a great job as always! Reid and Pederson has rodded my lengthy sewer line for tree roots annually for years. I first called them directly (instead of going through the local plumber who upcharges) a few years ago. R&P provides a significant discount to regular customers. They are efficient,and they show up on time within the short appointment window after a phone call to let me know they are on the way. A year later they sent me a reminder that it was time for a preventive sewer rodding which I easily scheduled and added a rodding of the bathtub/shower line at the same time. I would give them three PPP's for the three BBB"s Polite, Punctual Professional - Best Business Buds. After getting two quotes from know plumbing services who offered no guarantees for three times even four times the money Reid & Peterson got the job done in have the time and went straight to the problem. Totally terrific, and honest.
This is the second time I've used Reid & Pederson in the last 6 - 7 months. It cost more than twice as much for a similar problem in the same area but I was pleased that it was rectified and all I had to do was a little clean up afterwards.
