Premier was quick to respond to an A/C clog issue we had at our house. Within an hour of the phone call the problem was fixed, and we were back enjoying our cooler air without any leaks.

I have received repeated requests to buy comfort club services, even though I have explained why I don't want them. You even showed up unannounced. Luckily I was home, because my spouse would have assumed that I had scheduled the service.
I have also recommended your services in the past to my church, and found out later that the service they received was very unsatisfactory--you couldn't even get the billing correct. 05/17/17 |

I did not have a problem with your service personnel until the end when I was asked to sign an electronic device which did not give me a receipt or a itemized statement as to the cost of each item. I called your office asking for this but never received an answer. I have a major problem with that. I will never use your company again and will not recommend you to anybody. 05/12/17 |

Everyone was great. The new hot water heater was put in the same morning and Aaron is getting us a proposal on an AC/HC system. They all jumped in and went to work.

I'm a Comfort Care member, and it has really paid off. When our old heating & A/C unit died, they responded quickly, went over all my options, and explained everything to me thoroughly. They handled everything about the financing, installed the unit quickly and professionally, and did what they said they would do. Everyone was courteous and professional, and they honored all the terms of the Comfort Care program without me even having to ask. Needed a plumber as in right now called ever plumbing company in Tuscaloosa was told by all eight that I called said it would be tomorrow or whenever they could get someone sent out. So I made one more call this time it was Premier Service was told by Adam W. he would have someone there shortly. Fifteen minutes later Chance D. Was at my door he fixed my broken piping and installed a dishwasher I had bought the day before. SHOUTOUT to everyone reading if you need someone fast call PREIMER SERVICE.
