Loney recently came to do our initial Comfort Club maintenance inspection. We were not home, but were able to see the inspection via home surveillance system. He was extremely respectful of our home - even removed his shoes before he entered the house. The inspection was VERY thorough and he provided a list of recommendations with procing for each. I called with questions and he returned my call within 30 minutes and walked me through every detail. Excellent service!! Loney M. 03/23/21 |

Thank You to the staff at Premier Service Company for getting my AC back up and running a day early. It's not fun being woke up at 2 am in Alabama heat with no AC. I contacted the after hours rep who took down my information and within minutes had Loney calling me. Although they didn't have the part in stock to fix it at that moment, they were able to order what was needed and schedule a repair for a couple days later on Friday. My family was excited when we got the call from Lauren Thursday afternoon stating the part came in earlier than expected and wanted to send Zach out after business hours to put it on.
Within minutes of arriving I had ice cold air again.
He even went above and beyond by checking out some other areas of the system while he was there and found a couple items that will be addressed during an upcoming scheduled maintenance visit.

Premier sent an awesome plumber (Nathan) and electrician (James) right away when I called for help with my new house. Nathan was able to troubleshoot and come up with a solution for an issue with a tankless water heater and James helped to straighten out my electrical issues. Nathan went above and beyond, replacing two water heaters in the same day he came to do an inspection. He stayed until the job was done.
