We came home from a week's vacation to find that our air conditioner was not working. We called a company that was referred to us by a friend, but they stated they no longer work on air conditioners, and referred us to Premier. We called and Tim came to our rescue that very same day, because he did not want us to be without a cooling system on such a hot day. He found that our system was 'frozen up' (not sure if that is the right term). He did a temporary fix for us, but explained that we would eventually need a whole new system, which was determined to be the case before that week was over. Tim came back immediately and talked with us about getting a new system. He was very professional and explained everything very well. Since it would be a couple weeks before this could be done, he did another temporary fix so that we would not be without cool air until that time. Three guys then showed up to install the new system: Ryan, Garret and Jake. We had to leave for the day. When we returned, they were near completion. They left the area clean and were very professional and explained the new system and went over how it works. On 5 July 2017 @ 9:00 AM, I was scheduled to have a new HVAC system installed and at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, the servicemen (Mike/Aric) arrived at my door as promised. They began working on the installation and were very professional at doing everything necessary to get the installation done without any problems. The weather was rainy at times during the progress of their efforts to get the job done and due to the weather, they did an excellent job on keeping messy areas to a minimum by using a drop cloth in the laundry area and was able to install the outdoor unit by popping up a tarp canopy and finalizing with the outdoor unit in under 4 hours (which included clean up and installing a new thermostat not ordered prior to service call). I greatly appreciate how these servicemen did a professional installation for me and if additional service or repairs are needed, I would call on Premier HVAC Services before any other company. In January 2017 my oil heating system stopped working. I called Premier HVAC Services, and Mike Witmer scheduled a service visit that day. Mike assessed the situation and gave me several furnace options. Because my furnace was over 30 years old, I decided to do a new furnace install. Mike ordered my new furnace and setup the install for me. Ryan and Garrett, from the Premier HVAC Service team performed my furnace install. The install only took a few hours and there wasn't a mess to clean up afterwards. After they left, I inspected their work and my new furnace looked great and my furnace area has never been cleaner. Thanks guys for being so efficient and clean.

I scheduled Premier to a do a tuneup to my air-conditioner unit. They were able to get to me in a timely manner. Mike was very particular about his work and made sure to keep the area he was working in very clean. I was eligible for a few rebates which he made me aware of which was great. This company is outstanding. I was very impressed with how professional they were. The provided friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service. Tim and another tech came the same day that I called for service. Premier was a referral. I needed a second opinion on a problem with my AC unit. The day before Premier came out, another HVAC company told me that I needed a new unit as the old one was shot. Tim and his assistant check my unit out, fixed the problem and now I'm in the cool. Quality product, great service!
I owned a house that did not have central air. After years of putting window units in and out of windows, I wanted something that was safer and more efficient. My dealer was able to come up with a plan that serviced my house perfectly and was very affordable. We are extremely happy with the Lennox products!
