Ryan responded on a weekend day, to help troubleshoot a new condensate pump that I purchased from Premier in Greencastle. After a quick review on site it was clear everything was in order....and Ryan added two bottles of water to prime the
pump and it came on right away.
Premier has totally serviced my A/C unit this year with new feet for the
outside compressor, and totally checking the inside unit.
Premier has proven itself to be an excellent choice with prompt and
quality service,. compared with other A/C contractors used in the area.

Our AC went out late in the afternoon on a Friday. We were leaving for a weeks vacation early the next day. I contacted them and they responded first thing Monday morning while I was away on vacation. I explained the situation and they had someone at our house by 10AM. Few hours later the issue was resolved. Premier was awesome in every way. It was a comfort to know a company like Premier was caring for us so quickly even though we were away. Very professional, friendly, and reliable guys! The lady who answered the phone was also very friendly and helpful! I was surprised when I left a message on their voicemail early in the morning before they were open and they got the message and were prepared for an extra thing to do when they showed up. They were very knowledgeable and were sure to tell me to get my system checked next year before the 5 year warranty expires, that was very much appreciated because I was totally unaware of this. They were very quick to fit me into their schedule and they did not rush through, they gave me all of their attention and spent quality time informing me and educating me. Just got my iComfort S30 20 SEER unit installed today to replace my old contractor grade unit that was initially installed by my home builder. Ryan and Garret were very thorough and I was very pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of the new installation. The new unit is so quiet compared to my old one--really impressive! I got quotes from three different companies for this project and there isn't a question in my mind that I definitely made the right decision. Excellent service. Was told that my Central air unit and heat pump needed replaced, and it was going to cost almost 4 Grand. Decided to get a second opinion, and called Premier HVAC services, based on their reviews.
I could not have made a better decision. They were very polite and helpful on the phone, and had a technician out in no time.
Tim was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly was about to determine why my system was not working, and had it up and running perfectly in no time at all. Ended up costing a couple hundred total!

We called Premier after experiencing shoddy HVAC installation and after installation service that was performed with little explanation. Premier was professional from communication with Kelli to Mike's service call. Mike explained our issues and options very clearly and treated us fairly with the cost. He explained issues that impacted efficiency as well as those that could be a safety risk. It can be intimidating to try to understand the ins and outs of HVAC when your knowledge is limited, so I find it to be very important that a technician explains in common language. Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, waking us up when the bedroom became too warm to sleep. I found Premier HVAC Services online and called them first thing next morning. Receptionist was great, friendly and helpful, told us someone would be at our house at Noon. About 10am, Mike showed up, 2 hours early. He immediately started checking out our Central Air system in the basement, identified the problem (improper configuration/setup of the fairly new Air System), made a fix, cutting one of the drain pipes to shorten it, reassembling it, drained the condensation tray of water, dried out the water sensor switch. The air conditioner started working again and has been fine since. Mike was polite, communicative, informative and thoroughly professional. We were impressed with Mike and Premier and now have an annual maintenance contract with them. Mike W. 08/18/17 |
