We were in a time-crunch on closing on our home and we needed a water pressure test to be able to close on our home in 4 days. I phoned Andrea on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 and she was immediately responsive to our need. Gary contacted me the following Monday morning at 7:30 and explained in easy to understand language the water pressure issue we were dealing with. Chester, service technician, arrived and was professional and prompt and resolved the issued. Pratt's customer service was exceptional and they were responsive to our need and our time-line and we successfully closed on our home. You can't go wrong by choosing Pratt. THANK YOU PRATT! Seemingly some jobs are impossible but become possible when your technician has had experience with some impossible jobs. Recently on two occasions we were blessed to have Kiel correct some of our impossible plumbing problems.
Even as young as he is, Kiel turns problems into positive results.

On a number of occasions we have called Pratt Plumbing to correct a problem with our bathroom facilities. Just by luck we have been sent Kiel S. a service professional who has done a fantastic job of correcting our problems. He has shown a comfortable knowledge of how to solve the problem each time and has explained the cause of the problem and a satisfactory way to correct it. GARY'S HEATING AND AIR REOMMENDED THEM TO ME. MY WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING. GARY(THE OWNER) CAME WITHIN THE NEXT 2 HOURS OF ME CALLING. I WAS WORKED INTO THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE, AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME AFTER LUNCH, BUT CAME IN THE MORNING. THEY WERE FINISHED BY LUNCH. PROMPT FAST SERVICE. Pratt Plumbing, and service pro John, did an outstanding job. I am not handy at all and therefore nervous around service professionals. John was great. From the very beginning he made me feel like I could trust him and was fully honest with me throughout the process. Long story short, he fixed our plumbing issue in far less time than I imagined and for far less money than I expected. I will definitely request John and Pratt plumbing the next time I have an issue! Mike F. came to my house exactly when he said he would. He gave me an estimate before starting the job. He worked all the while he was here and fixed all of my plumbing problems, and the bill was the amount of the estimate, no more. I am happy with the service I received and will be sure to recommend Pratt Plumbing to my friends. Although I hope not to need their services any time soon, when I did, I will call them. These guys are the best!! Had a hot water leak in my slab and not only did Rod find the leak but also found another problem that was affecting our air conditioner....then took the time to call out another company who could take care of that problem as well.
