Damon got her several days before he was originally scheduled and I credit Andrea for that. Damon got her within minutes of when Andrea called to see if this was a good time for us and then worked very quickly and efficiently and resolved all of our plumbing issues. Our water heater's pilot light went out on a Friday afternoon. We called Pratt Plumbing figuring we would have to go all weekend without hot water but got a call an hour later stating that Damon would be over to take a look at it. He got the pilot light lit (which we had been unable to do). He explained what he did and examined our water heater which is 6 years old. I asked about a new one and he gave me a complete rundown of costs and what they would do if we chose to go that way. I appreciated the explanations and the timely service. Damon W. 03/02/18 |

We had a new washer and dryer installed and the old water valves were seeping so we called Pratt Plumbing because the plumber we use couldn’t get to us for several days.
I couldn’t be happier, the person who answered the phone was super friendly and scheduled us for the same day. Damon and Michael arrived on time and were super, very friendly and very professional, were great at what they do. They had given us the cost up front so no surprise on charges. John came out to fix our tub and lavatory today. He was courteous and extremely helpful. We had been advised by another plumbing company to spend more than $1,000 to fix the tub. Had to have my hot water heater replaced Andrea was great on the phone and John and Michael came in assessed what needed to be done went over the options with me and did everything they could to keep it in my budget! I was needing a garbage disposal installed, a leak fixed under the sink and a water line connected to my fridge. After reading the reviews for Pratt Plumbing, I decided to call. I was not disappointed. Damon was the technician. He listened to what I needed and what my concerns were and was able to give a good estimate of the cost. He kept me informed during the process as some additional issues came up. It was totally my choice to have these things fixed...no pressure or the feeling he was trying to add to the bill. Finally found a plumber that helped with an issue I have been having for months, or possibly years!
I have been looking for a plumber that I feel I could trust and that would be reliable. I feel like Pratt Plumbing is the company I have been looking for. I asked John & Robert to go through my house and check all the plumbing fixtures, drain the tankless water heater and to PLEASE help me identify where an ongoing odor in my house could possibly be coming from. As John was going through his checklist, he was able to identify what was causing the odor and fixed it right away.
