I had called Pann on a Sunday morning for a bathroom plumbing issue as I was recuperating from an accident. After calling emergency service, Mike the dispatch person called back very shortly. After explaining situation he said Matt D would be able to come out that afternoon (on a Sunday!!) as I was a Plan member. Matt arrived right at time noted, fixed my plumbing isssue, was very thorough, efficient, and personable and after checking everything was in working order, cleaned up the area and I was good to go. Matt D. helped me today. Our boiler has been on again, off again weird since the heating season started. Pann sent someone else out in January who looked the entire thing over with me, but at the time it was performing perfectly. The other day it started making strange sounds again. Matt was able to diagnose the problem, fix what needed fixing today, and left me a list of things he felt would need replacing by next season and let me know what to look out for. This was our first time using Pann and it was after we lost heat during the middle of a Nor'easter. Rich T came over on a Sunday as part of an emergency response. We just had our furnace installed 6 weeks ago and it suddenly just died. Rich was quick to respond to the call and kept us apprised of his schedule. When he arrived, he was courteous and professional. Rich first checked the for issues with the thermostat and went down to check out the furnace. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem, got the system up and running, then tested the fix a couple of times while walking me through everything I needed to know as well explaining the issue. As a side, he noticed that the cement seal to protect from CO emittance loosened up, so he resealed it for us and made sure to tag everything we would need to reference in the future. Rich T and Cael did a great job on my plumbing issues. They offered options and made sure everything was done properly, and were enjoyable as well (a nice bonus when the work takes 4 hours). I had a plumbing problem and I called to Pann Home Services. Tim B. was assigned to come into my house. He identified the problem and discussed with me all possible options how to fix it. The job was performed very efficiently. We have been customers of Pan Home Services for many years. I think that the success of this company in attracting new and keeping the existing customers is mostly in the hands of its employees. Workers like Tim B. make this company successful. He is very technically adept and he also provides highly professional advice on the necessary services. I trust Tim B. This company has people I trust. We contacted Pann Home Services after business hours the day after Christmas. Our furnace would not stay on and it was freezing out. We left a message and received a call back quickly. Pann Home Services anwered my phone call quickly and scheduled a date and time for service convenient for me. they gave a four hour range. On the scheduled day, they called and gave me an exact time and Ryan arrived on time. he quickly checked every area that could cause my problem with our gas fireplace. It was a complex issue which they fixed in a reasonable time and checked to be sure everything was safe and secure before leaving. EXCELLENT service. I had a suspicion it was causing a leak in the condo below mine, but after he inspected and ran thorough tests I can be assured that there is no issue. He even took his service a step further and lent a helping hand in cleaning under my dishwasher (because let's face it, when does anyone ever clean under there except for situations like this?)! A gentleman and a consummate professional.
That same day, I also had my HVAC system inspected to get ready for the winter, and was helped by Kollin and Peter. Both were exceptionally courteous, kind, personable, and professional.
