Matt is an outstanding technician. He is very knowledgeable in his job. He too is very professional, cordial. He explained everything at a level that I can understand. A Paitson Bros. Heating and Air Conditioning technician came to our house yesterday to clean mold and dirt out of our Daiken Mini-Split air conditioner. His name was Matt W. and he was very professional and knew his job well. It was the first time I had dealt with this company, but we were very satisfied. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I called Paitson Bros. on Christmas Eve about 9pm the technician Matt Wadsworth called me right back said he would be on his way he was here within 15 mins. He came looked over my furnace and had a answer for me in just s few mins . He explained to me what was going on and got it fixed for me . Matt was the unfortunate recipient of a 4am call when my wife and I smelled burning plastic and our furnace turned off the morning after xmas. He was (somehow) even courteous after being woken up at such an ungodly hour. He was at our place shortly after with the needed parts and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Matt was great. I had no heat from heat pump or furnace although blower was working blowing cold air. He was able to find the problems caused by some faulty parts and worked through a warranty from a product Paitson does not sell and I so appreciated it. Have an old furnace that stopped working during a really cold spell. Called Paitson’s and they sent Matt W to the house and was impressed with his professionalism even putting on the booties (not needed @ my house lol). Matt ran complete diagnostics and thoroughly explained my options, including the value of the maintenance plan saving me some good money! On day 1, Bailey and Dillon (sp?) came and removed the old units and got the new AC & furnace installed and running and worked practically non-stop all day. Josh came later to help the guys since Bailey wanted to make sure the AC was running before they left. They all did a fine job of putting up with me and my questions and my pickiness. I've learned from my past experiences to speak up if I had any concerns or questions of how something is being done. These guys were great in working with me and listening to my thoughts/concerns. Bailey communicated with me before he left that he and Dillon were going to another job the next day and Day 2 would bring in 2 other guys along with Josh to complete the furnace/AC install. Josh and Dustin arrived on Day 2 and later Frank and Ed. Ed did a wonderful job with the sheet metal work and Frank is very knowledgeable on furnace/AC issues. Josh and Dustin were great to wanting to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. I had some steel wool and wanted them to put it around the PVC piping on the inside just as a precaution to keep mice, etc. from entering through the space even though they sealed it on the outside with their sealant. I just don't like to be standing on the inside and seeing daylight. They did that for me and I appreciated their customer satisfaction attitude! So job well done to all of you: Bailey, Dillon, Josh, Dustin, Frank and Ed. And last but not least to Ethan and Kevin who came to my home and explained what products Lennox had and the difference between them. Kevin was quick to get back with me on a concern/question I had at the start of Day 2.I've been doing business with Paitson Bros Heating & Air Conditioning since 1986 and have never been disappointed with their Lennox products or their service technicians.I realize the business is no longer run by a "Paitson" but keeps the name because of maybe their reputation over the years. My 33 year old HVAC system was was worn out and really needed updated. Ethan and Kevin walked me thru my options and answered all my questions. I decided to go with Paitson Bros. due to their 5 star reviews and they've been in business for years. Coordination and scheduling were excellent. Installation went without a hitch with one exception. Excess debris was created when it was necessary bore a hole in an exterior wall for a vent. Megan was great and providing me with the most information that they could to make a best decision I could in choosing a unit. I decided to go with them on a Monday morning and the new system was installed Friday. Bailey the Lead Installer and his crew showed up on time Friday morning and immediately started on the taking the old 1 out and they were very informative of what they was doing and answering any questions that I had through out the install.
