This service tech was the best tech that has come to my home in Revere. He spent a lot of time there, and was very friendly. My sister who was there when Bill Stewart showed up. Manny showed up on a Sunday morning to find the problem with my gas boiler. It took some time to locate the problem but he stuck with it until he found and fixed it. Then he came back and replaced the wire that had broken (which he had fixed) with a new one.

Bill Stewart was prompt, professional and thorough in addressing the no heat issue about which i called. he also explained how the heating system worked, especially with the new burner, and capped two loose wires.
