The owner of this company is a bad person. Do not do business with this person. We had our blinker on and were trying to park in a spot that someone was backing out of and we were waiting for, and he came in super fast and stole it. I rolled my window down and said hey man I was waiting for that spot. He immediately shrugged at me and walked away. I saw his company all over his car. I need to share my experience with Lucky Air Inc. Mr. Dukesherer or “Duke” was amazing! He came into our home and explained every step of the process clearly and concisely in English AND Spanish none the less! English is mother’s second language so I was at our appointment to translate. I was rendered useless which is fine by me. Duke made my mom and I feel like family. He was extremely professional without an ounce of arrogance. I called Lucky Air late in the evening and Mike got a technician to my house (during a heat wave) to my house first thing in the morning. Mitch was professional, worked quickly, and did a great job in both diagnosing and repairing what went wrong. They prices, were good, from my initial contact with Rafael, to the work crew at my home I give them 10 stars. Timing was perfect and they took the time and make sure they double checked and we were satisfy. The guys install a full AC unit at my home, there were several guys in two days, they were all professional and respectful. The guys were all professional and considerate of my space/privacy. Raul, Kyle & Jason, were the ones I dealt with the most. They answered every question and showed me a few things I requested to see & know. They even gave me some cool tips, and allowed us and the children to use their glasses to see the eclipse. They demonstrated the out-most respect and professionalism in my home and with my family.
