We've used Goettl's for over three decades for our HVAC service needs because of their excellent service, and our recent experience was no exception! Our AC went out over a weekend. I called on a Monday and was quickly scheduled for the next morning. Adrian was running a bit later for his estimated time of arrival, so Monty gave me a courtesy call to let me know. Adrian was friendly, very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me an explanation and cost of the repairs required and then had us up and running in 20 minutes! We recently had a new HVAC system installed in our home by Goettl's which replaced our original 14 year old system. We were pleased with every aspect of the installation. The initial consultation with Luke prior to the actual work was professional, low key, and informative. Luke took his time to answer any questions we had and did a detailed analysis of the size of the unit and its benefits. The installation proceeded smoothly and was completed in half a day. I want to thank Goettl's Inc. for the outstanding service they provided on an upgrade to the heating and cooling equipment at our property in Prescott, AZ. They replaced old units with new LENNOX Brand Air Conditioner, Thermostat and Hydronic Air Handling Unit that have performed beautifully for us. The project also included sealing the air distribution ducts, that had been leaking badly, to a level that will save gas and electricity costs in the future. Luke Goettl, was the first Contact Person who came to our home to do testing procedures to evaluate the needs of the project, prepared a cost estimate of equipment, installation and even included Rebate Incentives that were received from Arizona Power Services (APS) after the successful completion of meeting quality installation standards. Luke kept me advised of days needed on receipt of equipment and arrival of the installation crews. Luke leaves one with a Good Impression of the service abilities of his company. Lorenzo M. was the Goettl employee who Single-Handedly removed the old air handler and installed the new equipment. It was a difficult job because of the size of the place to work with the heavy unit. He was masterful with fitting the machinery and attaching the components. After finishing the job you could open the door and see the neatness and perfection of his accomplishment. Every component performed perfectly on the first trial run. I had a great experience with Goettl's. I made an appointment with their sales person who answered all my questions (and my dogs loved him) and put me to ease with buying a new heatpump. This was a new adventure for me and since those are pricy items it was a bit nerve racking. I was also recommended to seal my vents which sounded like a good idea to me, it's amazing how we forget about things tucked away in the attic and maintenance it may need. Luke G. 03/07/16 |

I ordered a Humidifier to be installed on my Gas Forced Air Heater. There were several HVAC companies in the area I called, but GHDM was by far the best one, and the most responsive in the area. Luke Goetl came to survey the job and wrote the estimate in a timely manner. It was intstalled in less than a week and functions perfectly. I definitely will used Goetl High Desert Mechanical for any Heating or Air Conditioning work I need in the future. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing that service! Derick F. 02/10/16 |

On Sept 2nd 2015 Goettl's installed a new hvac system in my home. This has to be one of my best consumer experiences. From estimate through installation each of my interactions with the outstanding professionals with Goettl's was very rewarding. My home has never, in 16 years, been as comfortable. The estimate and contracts were straight forward, nothing hidden. I did due diligence to check with the Register for Contractors, BBB etc. before signing contracts. Goettl exceeded all expectations on delivery and performance. The install crew was on time, efficient, courteous, delivering a neat installation, fixed issues not covered in the estimate to make the system work more efficiently. I now have experience with the heating and cooling system and it exceeded my expectations along with my appreciation for Goettl's. Yes, I would recommend Goettl's to anyone in need of hvac services. I've had two very positive experiences with Goettl's. I'm new to the Verde Valley and needed someone to check out my heating and A/C unit for a nine year old home we bought. Goettl's had been recommended to me by someone I trusted and they were everything I was told they would be...very professional, thorough, and personable. They gave my unit a very detailed check, recommended repairs that needed to be done, and carried out those repairs. As a part of that service, the technicians told me about a service Goettl's offered to check our duct work. I called and got an appointment and Dustin Goettl came out and performed the check within a few days and made recommendations. We chose to get our two systems Aerosealed because we learned that we were losing air through the duct work. We were very happy with the result...much better flow of air and, while we have no historical electrical bills on the house to check, we assume our ventilation systems are now much more efficient. I cant tell you how much I appreciate what your crew and your company have done for me! Two separate technicians were sent to my house to determine my heating/cooling problem and after consulting with them, your company designed a system that would work best with my difficult floor plan. And then, in one of the hottest weeks so far, your guys went to work removing the existing duct work in my attic which was in serious disrepair. Then they installed and sealed the new duct work along with a new furnace and air conditioner. And on top of all this, they had to open a ceiling soffit, install new registers, grilles, and thermostats. The list goes on but the work was completed in 4 days and performed with total professionalism.But what I really appreciate was the way your company explained the process to me, gave me options, and when the job was complete you checked multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I am completely happy with my now comfortable environment and I truly can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results. Goettl's is definitely the best HVAC Company we've ever used. They went well beyond what was expected by giving us suggestions on how to re-build our return air chase, adding more registers to reduce pressure and helping me balance our air flow. They were very honest and knowledgeable about the Aeroseal process. We had a dramatic increase in airflow both upstairs and down stairs. Now our home is the same temperature throughout the house. Goettl's replaced our heating and cooling system, and sealed the existing duct work. The system is now whisper quiet (it used to sound like a jet engine). Recently we were lucky enough to come in contact with Goettls High Desert Mechanical (actually through a local mailer). We called them out for an HVAC duct test for our home which is about 14 years old. Dustin Goettl was the technician who arrived for the test. In addition to being on-time he was very friendly, courteous and professional, completing the test efficiently and then taking the time to explain the findings. A week later, he again arrived (on-time) with a helper and completed the process to seal the leakage in our ductworks. Overall we are very pleased with Goettls High Desert Mechanical. We had 5 different HVAC contractors to advise us on their recommendations. A complete new HVAC system is a big investment, so while bottom line price is important, what is more important is to make sure you have spent well on a system that is right for your home. A dealer you can trust to steer you to the right product for your budget and needs isn't as easy to find as one might think. We were most highly impressed with the Goettls team from start to finish.
