I have had great experience with Goettl's, both with hot weather A/C and cold weather heating service. Recently, Adrian performed heating service, and he was professional and very helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly. In the summer, another technician tuned up my A/C, and returned later when I had concerns during extremely hot weather, and addressed them without charging for another call. Luke did an excellent job in educating me on a new unit and graciously answered all my questions. Cesar, was here to install the unit on the day and time of my appointment. He ,also explained the procedure of removing old unit and replacing the new Trane and checked out the thermostat, explaining how the heat/ac worked. This whole process from Luke’s visit until the unit was installed was so efficient and covered all areas of what units were available, how the heat ducks were working, the time involved, including all my many questions. Cesar and crew arrived on the day and almost exact time they had the installation scheduled. I did not have to wait too long before they had heat in the house while they did final installation and clean up. It was a pleasure to talk to , and have things explained by Luke, Cesar and his helper. The office personnel were also friendly and helpful with my questions. A big thanks to Luke in answering answering several calls I made to him with questions also. We started with Goettl’s for our first unit 13 years ago and have/will continue to recommend you to my neighbors and friends needing the services you all provide. Justin and Monty were always very professional. Monty always kept me updated on the arrival of my new circuit board. A new central air conditioning had been installed during the recent remodel of our home, but it was not zoned to sufficiently heat and cool the partial living area in the lower level. Luke suggested a 12,000 BTU mini-split, and provided guidance for installation of the electrical run and placement. Lorenzo and Jorge were on site to install within the same week. Ulysses l is one of your valued employees. Our heating sysytem was thoroughly reviewed and explained to we novices. Not only does he have a super personality, he is quiet while working, very attentive and keeps the area very clean. Dane responded quickly to our request for a quote to install air conditioning. He was knowledgable and very frank and open with us. We ended up installing a new furnace with an allergy filter as well. The installation crew were quick and efficient. The extra ducts and power source were hardly noticeable. This is my first meeting with Dane. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and did not try to push a sale. He pointed out upsides to the existing system and the one recommended should I choose replacement. Definitely plan to have the Duct Seal done first, then assess any difference in force or temperature. Will decide then whether or not to proceed with duel fuel replacement. We have had Goettl's as our HVAC company for several years. Our initial contact with Goettl's was during a time of difficult medical issues, one effect being severe chills/cold. Our heater broke down at this time and our HVAC company at the time bailed on us, big time. Goettl's took the job of rehabbing our unit and saved us! Since that time, we purchased new unit from Goettl's. We love it and the energy savings! We have always had great service from Goettl's which is why we continue to do business with them. I highly recommend Goettls High Desert Mechanical for your AC and heating needs. They switched out a swamp cooler and old furnace for a brand new AC and furnace and did a duct seal service, as well. They told me it could take a day and a half, but they were able to do it in one day! Came out gladly to help even out the air flow with the registers (after all -- my old system was a swamp and operated a little differently). They did an excellent job and fixed a problem that arose after the installation was completed, as well. Luke Goettl made sure that the problem that was fixed was done in such a way that it would never be a problem again!! And at absolutely no extra charge to me. Went above and beyond on all counts.
