Justin was very personable, and fully explained everything he did, making it very easy for us to understand. He was very thorough, and very knowledgeable as to solving our problem. I can only say that if you need a truly professional tech, try to get Justin. I only wish other techs in other industries were as sharp and caring for customers problems as Justin was for ours. Goettl’s provided us a new furnace ,AC unit, humidifier and duct cleaning. APS info about rebates and increased energy savings was persuasive in motivating us to upgrade our system. Luke was knowledgeable and professional and explained the options and features of newer technology. The team of installers were courteous, neat and timely. Have had Goetttl's handling our Heating and Cooling systems since moving into our home in 2012. Their yearly maintenance contract has worked well. They installed a Honeywell Humidifier in 2013. This year the entire system had to be replaced under warranty, however, we had to pay for installation costs. Just had another part on the system break and had to be replaced at no cost. I gave a 5 star for technician Monty Benites but a 3 for the company for selling what I consider a poor humidifier system. Hank G. 11/12/17 |

Goettls is an excellent company to work with. Luke, our sales rep, was very helpful in explaining what we needed. His crew was excellent, friendly, neat and efficient. Next we had our air ducts sealed. That crew was also excellent, friendly, neat and efficient. We have no complaints. We love that our new air conditioner does not sound like a plane taking off in our living room. We haven't tried the heater yet as it is still too warm. Luke was the only sales rep out of three companies that quoted replacement of my system that took the time to measure the rooms and windows, do a an air loss test of the ducts, and investigate the ductwork in the attic. I knew it was not designed right from the way it operated. Luke was the only rep to take time to investigate what I was observing.

We had a total new HVAC system installed. It is very state of the art, which means computerized. Due to the newness of the product, the installers spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with the manufacturer. They did not consider the job done until it was totally functional. Luke was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and well prepared when he showed up. He was there at the time he said he was going to be there and he took his time to make sure he was getting all of the details and numbers before giving us a quote (which we ultimately accepted). Professionalism from start to finish from him and the rest of the great staff over at Goettl's. From the time Luke showed up to the time Trevor, Greg and the rest of the service guys left, we knew we were taken care of and the job was being performed correctly. Although i did have to secure the electrical line to a beam as it was left hanging and do a little bit of cleanup from the insulation (easy job and no complaints) the overall quality of the job was great and we will always give our business to Goettl's Luke G. 08/31/17 |

Review
Lorenzo and his team did a wonderful job. My HVAC is on the roof and that made for extra challenges, including needing a crane, and the monsoon season in Prescott, AZ.. I had a roof leak around the old HVAC and he had a former roofer on his team who procured the correct type of shingles and made repairs prior to the arrival of the crane to remove the old system and place the new system on the roof. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. I would and have recommended Goettl to anyone. I am so grateful to ****** for having Goettl as their Heating and Cooling specialists. Our AC unit stopped working suddenly & Goettl's was able to schedule us for the next day. Their service tech, Adrian, was prompt, professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem quickly. Luke was easy to work with. He checked things very carefully and after a full research of our situation, made a recommendation of what we needed. I told him that the other bids were lower than his and he made some adjustments to bring the price down. A big issue with my wife was to have storage in the area where the heater was. Was lucky enough to have Adrian show for a service call from Goettl's High Desert Mechanical. Excellent technician- fought off the pressure to 'move on to the next customer', until his tenacious side figured out a hightly-technical fix to our mini-split system problem. I have a service contract with Goettl's High Desert Mechanical and have been very pleased with them in the past. I recently experienced several false alarms with one of my CO/GAS/SMOKE detectors. I decided to have the furnace heating system checked for possible problems. Goettls responded the very next morning. Adrian spent some time with me going over the incidents and then checked out the heating system. No problems were found. He then went room to room using his sensor trying to find any problems. He spent quite a bit more time doing this before I remembered a common thread from the incidents. I had been using a cleaning solvent in the garage within several hours of each false alarm. Adrian used his sensor directly on the solvent and sure enough it registered a high level for CO detection. We both reviewed the listed content of the solvent and it made no sense why his sensor and my detector were showing a CO problem, but at least the source for the "false" alarms is now known.
