Within a week after deciding which option I wanted, Gregg A was back with the equipment and had it installed in a couple of hours. Needed a A/C fix last summer and Goettl's responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I talked with the teck and he informed me of a service contract offered by Goettl's . I signed with the Company for 12 months service on both heating and cooling checkups. So far the service has been prompt and with that in mind we added another contract for a different property. Adrian has worked for us many times, always giving excellent service and advice. Last fall, he did some work for my neighbor, (we told her to ask for Adrian). When he finished, he came out and saw me digging a drain to reroute the rainwater away from the house. After 2 1/2 weeks of no heat we decided to call Goettl. Because of a home warranty we had to use another company. After multiple visits from this company with no satisfaction we decided to take the matter into our own hands and own expense. We knew of Goettl's reputation so gave them a call. Adrian came out and within 2 hours had our furnace working and functioning like it was supposed to. He also indicated that the part that the other company replaced was not the cause of the problem. It is quite obvious to us that Goettl hires only the most qualified people. Adrian was also very pleasant while talking to my husband and I about what he had found. I had my split system installed in August. It took a full day to install and it worked very nicely. I had a couple of concerns about the outside portion of the installation so I contacted Luke at the office. They sent out two men to resolve the issues and did a great job.
