We had a major under sink leak we found at 9 PM which required the water to stay turned off. Joe from ER plumbing was here at 1 PM the next day; we'd been "saving" several plumbing issues until we needed a service call and asked Joe to also fix a wobbly toilet and the loose kitchen faucet. Well, turned out the major leak was from the faucet which needed replacement. Joe offered the option of a faucet he carries on his truck but let me run to Lowe's for a new faucet while he fixed the toilet - which involved replacing a toilet anchor and reseating/ resealing the toilet - then stayed late to install the new faucet. Another great experience with ER Plumbing! Our water heater stopped working and was beyond the age where it would be worth repairing. Jeff M. came out and quickly determined the appropriate replacement water heater and did an outstanding job removing the old one and installing the new one with several improvements upon the original installation. Josh with ER Plumbing saved me over $25,000. A plumber from Daniel Heffner Plumbing advised spending over $25K to replace the pipes/plumbing throughout the house to remedy a water pressure issue. Fortunately I contacted Josh for a second opinion. Josh did a thorough investigation and realized the water filter simply needed changing. ER Plumbing Services, and especially Jeff M., is the BEST! I have had the privilege of working with Jeff M. since my master bathroom sank due to poor fill and resultant broken pipes. Jeff was amazing then, and was amazing most recently with a major home remodeling that I just completed. Terry came to fix two leaky faucets. In each case he assessed the problem, searched for any and all other possible sources of the leak, completed the repair, and while he was doing all of this, explained exactly what and why he was doing it .
There was no attempt to try and sell unnecessary items and he was done in an hour.
I couldn'y have asked for more. He is an experienced, courteous
and professional individual.
