Received wonderful service from Dullton Pluming, needed service for a plumbimg problem and the pumber I use, put the job off until late Saturday afternoon. Then I called Eric, at Dutton, he advised me "its' no problem to get some one out right away". Before I new it, Matt D was here in a clean truck, clean uniform shinned boots and a smile.... Matt, replaced a part in the water heater ( whiched saved the cost of a new heater) cleaned the water heater, the vents and all around the area. Due to an emergency water leak it was obvious plumbing help was needed ASAP. One call and "Dutton to the Rescue"! They arrived on time with tools necessary to complete the repair. Matt D found and fixed a leak in the water supply line to the sprinklers and spa in our back yard. The leak was under a concrete sidewalk, and he located it exactly, close enough that he was able to fix it with only a small hole cut in the concrete. The repair turned out to be complicated as well, but he got that done also, and so far, it appears that all is well. Good job! Matt D. 06/19/13 |

Brian has been here several times to solve my problems and provides great service. He is professional and personable, arrives on time and explains costs etc before starting the job. He is an asset to the company. He goes the extra mile to make sure that all is well before he leaves. I have had other technicians here also and have no complaints with them or the company . I will continue to use Dutton for my plumbing problems ( wish I could say I would not have any more), but that is not reality.

Dear Dutton, considering I was having to have plumbing work done on my house, you couldn't have sent a more considerate, polite, efficient and congenial worker. Called Dutton Plumbing and they sent me Armando D. He listens to what I had to say and explained how he would go about solving my plumbing problem. Armando was very careful and concern about my flooring and took precautions not to cause them any damage. He also did a house plumbing inspection and gave me some insight to things that might need to be address in the future. Armando D and the rest of his crew, Tyler, Oscar, etc. were great to work with.. They couldn't be more helpful and polite. While the $$$ still had to be paid for the work, their professionalism made it more palatable to write the check at the end. We have relied on Duttons Plumbing for over the past 8 years as first time home owners and their workmanship and reliability is stellar. Technicians Brian S. and Mario also made sure at the end of the job to not only put everything back as it was, but went above and beyond by hosing off the entire area that was affected by the flood, making it look better than when they started. This morning I had a dishwasher delivery from home depot, they were going to install it as well. I was told that they couldn't because the valve was frozen and I should call a plumber. I called Dutton around 8am and they were at my house before 9..they were polite and professional....The did a great job and were able to install things necessary that the other old plumber had " forgotten" include... The entire job was done completely and quickly. On April 10, Brett Parker did some plumbing work on my bathroom tub to stop a leak. He was outstanding and very polite gentleman. He explain to me what went work and fixed it with any problem. Have had plumbers at my house before this was without a doubt the best experience that I that I have had. Matt D from Dutton is a rock star when it comes to fixing a drain clog . Here is the short story after the brand x plumber failed to clear a main drain blockage and wanted $ 1200 to hydro blast the drain . I called Dutton plumbing and Matt showed up with his trusty assistant Wally at 5:00 PM last Sunday . He unclogged the drain and did a camera scope inspection of the main and I dissolved the culprit was roots. 'Matt saved me a lot of money and was able to diagnosis and fix the drain problem. do not call any one else for a drain issue

Have had dutton for past work and Jess was the one who did the work. Your company came out when they said they would, and I belive they sent the best person to fix my problem.
