I have worked with many plumbers over the last 30 plus years. Ric Drury and Dutton Plumbing are by far the best I have ever worked with. They are on time, analyze the problems, discuss solutions and do the work. No excuses, no failure to show up when they give you the date and time. Ric knows his stuff! He is professional, uses the right parts the first time. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but this was different. The experience is reassuring when the problem/s are corrected the first time. I just had my first experience with Dutton Plumbing and they were very professional and friendly. Early this morning I called to see if someone could come out today because I suspected a main line clog. They were happy to help and called back to give me an ETA on the tech twice this morning because they knew I was waiting. Ric, the plumbing tech was very experienced and personable. He did good work and had a great attitude of service. I would absolutely call this company again and recommend it to friends. (See More)

Outstanding work for the full duration of the repipe. All of the men that I’ve met from Dutton Plumbing that have assisted Jake in completing my repipe have the following qualities; great skill sets/ knowledgeable/ professional/ thorough/ responsible/ patient/ good natured and all of those while maintaining a strong work ethic. We were shocked at the extremely high price. Nearly $900.. we were shown a catalog picture of a 1/2 hp 3/4 hp and a larger one Wevneeded only the small one But it was a different brand. So we had the Hugh 3/4 hp installed
A five yr warrantee no paper work just your word
There was no statement of the labor cost
You should be more careful as to your billing.
Another irritating thing was several signatures required.
No need replying but I will not recommend your company for plumbing needs (See More)

Overcharged. $1053 for a pressure reduction valve - come on.
I see in line that overcharging is a common business practice.
I don’t know if pricing is fully in the technicians power but from what I observed I’m guessing a commission or bonus is involved.

Ric was awesome! He was very courteous and understanding of my situation having dealt with another "plumber" who left my kitchen plumbing in a shambles. He answered all my questions, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. I chose Dutton because I had dealt with them on one other occasion years ago. Needless to say, Dutton made a great impression back then and evidently, nothing has changed! It's never pleasant when plumbing issues arise but Dutton definitely makes it easy. From the customer service reps who took my calls and followed up with me to Ric, the knowledgeable and competent tech who got the job done. These are the people to call. Thanks again, Dutton! Rick came out to do a home inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He not only listed each item that
required attention but also showed us its location. He was careful to
make sure he didn't left any messes. I especially liked that he prioritized
needed repairs and gave us options on prices to help us with budgeting for the repairs. (See More)
