Ryan was fantastic. I thought I needed a new flange because the studs were too short for the new toilet and the previous owner added tile in the room, and that prevented the studs from coming out. Ryan reviewed the situation and suggested against changing the flange, and instead working out the grout around the studs. Thus being able to make the change to the longer studs. That saved a lot of money that was unnecessary. He then installed the new toilet. He did a great job, and was a very pleasant and professional person. Dutton answered my call and had someone contact me to fix my problem in minutes after my first contact with them. I highly recommend then and Ryan. Thanks. (See More)

We have used Dutton Plumbing for several years at Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center and every time we have needed their assistance, they've been there, quickly and their service has always been outstanding!
Due to our needs, they have to visit us often and one of the plumbers even adopted a dog from us, who gets to go to work with him every day! Dutton Plumbing installed our Water Heater 5 years ago. I recently had a failure so Dutton sent Ryan out to our home. We had a unique issue as there were mini BOOMS coming from the Burner Area of the Water Heater. Ryan had never seen this before so he went through a number of tests and determined that the Burner Assembly needed replacement. The part was ordered from American Water Heaters who shipped the part Overnight. It was installed this morning by my Service Tech Ryan and it now works perfectly. I highly recommend Dutton Plumbing and will continue using Dutton for all of my Plumbing needs. Ryan is young but what a great work ethic he has. Thank you Dutton, you are my go to Plumber. I had a shower that did not drain Ryan and Ken stopped by and cleared the clog. Ryan went above and beyond and scheduled a camera inspection. I was able to see my main and was given helpful tips on what i can do for preventative maintenance. Very friendly and knowledgeable explained every step of the process. Office staff gave me numerous updates of time frame of arrival. Had same day service big plus when you have three little ones in need of a bath. Zero Stars. The job was to connect the plumbing in a new bathroom vanity. Had the 2 sinks already installed and the 2 new facets had all the connections included in the box. Just needed a plumber to connect them to the water source. Our 2 usual plumbers were not available immediately so we called Dutton. Ryan came to our house, viewed the job and said it would cost $2421.00. (!!!) When questioned about what was driving that cost, he gave us a BS story about how difficult the job was and how expensive the parts were. We told him no way - and called Thousand Oaks Rooter Router who did the job in 1 hour and charged us $410.00. So we saved $2000.00 dollars by not allowing ourselves to be ripped off by Dutton. We were still incredulous that they would try to rob us of so much money, so we called our 2 usual plumbers who both said that Dutton is infamous for being************* and how they had taken advantage of other customers.
