We had a complete replacement of our house plumbing. The cost, although unavoidably high, seemed in line with labor costs, and the people were courteous and worked hard. Cummings was responsive to my request for whole house plumbing and septic system. For some reason they decided not provide an estimate for the plumbing work, only the septic. I'm scratching my head here. More than once on the phone yesterday, I stated that this was a ground floor unit in a 2 story building and that the HVAC unit was on the roof. I said it because I knew a regular ladder wouldn't cut it. How is it possible that the tech didn't have this info, nor the correct ladder or an assistant...and couldn't do the estimate? I also let you know, via my online service request and on the phone, that this was for a real estate transaction which means we're on a timeline. I even gave the date of our closing. Our kitchen sink was backing up on us despite the use of Liquid Plumber several times. We knew we were in trouble when that didn't work. We tried calling 2 other plumbers and left messages. We never heard back from one and the other called us 2 days later. We needed something done ASAP! Cummings Plumbing sent out ***** the plumber the same day we called, who flushed out the line so we could use the sink again. We contracted to get a jet flush that would take care of anything stubbornly caught in the pipe and elbow connections, as well as a new water softener. ***** was at our home the next afternoon and worked tirelessly in 103 degree temperature until the job was done. Our water softener is in the garage. He answered all our questions and recommended we not put eggshells down our garbage disposal anymore as that is what was flushed out continuously. My husband and I thought eggshells would be good to help clean the drain. Oops! We are very grateful for a job well done. I did learn one thing about this experience. Adrienne was so gracious in helping me in getting the service I requested. She even forwarded to me info about Vincent with his photo, very impressive. She is a credit to your organization.
Vincent arrived earlier, which I appreciated very much. He was very personable yet professional. He immediately set about his work which was completed in a timely manner. He explained the issue and thanked me for calling his company.
I cannot recommend him any more highly. He represented himself and Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling in an exemplary manner.
I will most definitely use this wonderful company for all relevant needs.

The installation crew arrived today to install our replacement AC unit. They removed the old one, adapted the new one and installed it while the temperature was 107 degrees. The crew was knowledgeable, neat and performed their work in a very professional manner. They cleaned up when they were done and tested the unit to ensure everything operated properly. Called Cummings on a Saturday at 11am. Andrea was so pleasant on the phone. She said they offered free estimates, even on Saturdays, and that she could have someone out between 1 and 3. Kenny showed up at 1:30 and was wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We had him do the work and he did more than what he said he would - now that's customer service! Our AC quit working on a very hot day, so I called around looking for an AC company that could respond quickly. I left messages at a few local companies and never heard back. Cummings answered right away, was very professional and sent someone out the next day.
