We've used Critter Control over the past years...as far back as 2006...with satisfactory results. But, the largest scope and project we've contracted them for was under ******'s leadership and direction. We could tell ****** and his team's focus was to deliver a quality job while remaining customer oriented and business friendly. Removing 30 bags of old insulation and replacing with new for a 22 foot ceiling 2 story home is an intrusive initiative; but, ****** and his team executed flawlessly, efficiently and on time. His team functioned like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew his role and delivered. The execution was seamless given the size and many parts of the job. We observed their attention to detail as well as respect for the job site (our home) and landscape. There was a lot of equipment, product and waste which they fastidiously handled. The construction site looked as if a major undertaking had not even taken place at job close.**************** is clearly skilled as a Crew Leader and displayed great customer relationship management skills. March 2020 we paid to remove and replace insulation and pest proof our home with a 10 year warranty and pest free guarantee. In July 2022, we found evidence of a large rodent active inside our home, like in the living areas. We even caught one with our own trap. We called to get them to come out and they said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. When they finally came out they were over 5 hours late and the guy, Adrian, came in and told me to hire another company for the work because they were too busy. Then he suggested if I wanted to I could take a BB gun into the crawl space and shoot the rats myself. He was here for a total of 10 minutes and said they need “a crew to come out for an inspection.” I thought that’s what he was. After a week of no one contacting me, we reached back out to them. This time they sent a team that week. Andre and his team came out and inspected the house and found evidence of rats in the crawl space, and in the attic (yes, in their special warrantied insulation we paid 5k for). He said we needed a rat wall as it was the only way to stop them from getting under and up and inside. He said it would need to be around the ENTIRE house. Said it should be part of warranty but didn’t know if they’d approve it, but someone should call me in a few days to let me know and further steps. A week and a half later I called them and they told me someone would call me “as soon as possible.” A week after that I called them again and they said they need someone to come out to inspect. I made them look more into it and she said she can see the rat wall wad requested and needed to talk with thr GM but would call me on Monday. Another week goes by with no call. We call them again say they need to schedule a team do an inspection. We refuse and say we need to know about rat wall and warranty. She said weeks ago Andre said the rat wall wouldn’t fix it. Said she’d have GM call us. No call back. 2 months and no change. No help. Ghosting us and essentially stealing our money. Do not use this company. They do not honor any warranty. Call C. 09/06/22 |

Julien was our inspector. He is very friendly and professional. He took his time in explaining the problems in our attic and I should say the entire house. We did not know that we had been infested with rodents and in time slowly destroying

I originally had another company booked for an appointment after her, but after speaking with her, there is no need. Everything she said makes sense, which is why I will be proceeding forward with this company.

Contacted Critter control on Friday, November 27th and scheduled and appointment for Monday, November 29th. Julien came to inspect the home for critters that I have been hearing in the attic. He was very thorough and professional with his inspection. He explained everything in detail and in layman terms to give me a better understanding of the problem that I was facing in my attic. He was very patient with me as I was very squeamish to the fact that rodents were in my attack. Julien is very knowable and educated me on what is needed for the the plan of action. Kolbie arrived promptly on time. She had a smile on her face was friendly and easy to speak with. I explained the situation, she reviewed the house the eaves and the attic. Kolbie explained the reason behind the raccoon visits to my rat infested attic. She explained the rat rub oil and its appeal to the raccoon predator.
