We chose Crawford Services to replace 2 A/C units in our home during this crazy Covid time. Misael Rico was the installer, and could not have been more professional! In the heat, they kept their PPE on the entire time. He was very friendly, thorough and super efficient in the way he and his team performed their work. I highly recommend Misael and Crawford Services!

Joe G. was early for the promised time block. The office even called for permission to come early. He had a mask on, was polite and well dressed. It was just routine service, so there wasn't much to say. He did stress that my 3-month filters needed to be changed 9 months ago. Oops. He did the required upselling and left. I would recommend Joe to anyone. I didn't check for good value, because we're happy with Crawford and have no plans to have our systems serviced by anyone else. The price is what it is.

I've been with Crawford a couple of years. I'm on the annual plan. The last technician that came out in Jan2020 installed improper filters and didn't tell us. You can see in attached photos quite of bit of dust was getting around the filters and likely collected on our coil. I called and they said "sorry" and that was it. Not happy. The last technician we got Richard, did a fantastic job cleaning units, taping vents, cleaning drain lines, topping off our units with Freon. I give some of their technicians 1 star and some 5 stars. I may change my review if they keep giving us Richard to service our units. I would suggest you purchase your own filters and do not rely on Crawford to do it.

Joe *** quickly identified the problem with my downstairs air conditioning as a coolant leak in the compressor, but he also checked the attic unit too, to make sure his recommendations considered the whole system and not just the first problem found.

Misael and Juan installed a new unit for our house and these two young men were so polite and respectful. They were so concerned about making sure not to get our floors dirty and when they left yesterday (Wednesday 6/10) they made it a point to be sure and let us know when they would be back today. Sure enough they were right on time. They stayed today until they were totally finished. They did not take a lunch break but late after finally took a small break and went after Ice Cream. Needless to say they were gone very long so they must have gotten a small cone. Thank you Crawford Services, Inc. for such awesome employees.

Called Crawford Services for a leak in my AC unit. Nathan came out same day and had the problem fixed and my whole AC unit inspected within an hour. Nathan was very efficient and informative about what the problem was and how to avoid it going forward. I also very much appreciated the fact that there was no sales involved whatsoever. I've had other AC companies come out and try to sell me on service plans or whole new AC units before they would even look at mine. Most people just want the problem fixed and will be a lifelong customer if the company comes out and fixes the problem without any pressure to upgrade or join some yearly plan, etc. Very good experience dealing with Crawford and they are the only HVAC company I will use going forward.

CS identified multiple things during their inspection of our A/C system that other companies missed or did not even check. They also sat down with us and went over options, something only they did. The install was smooth, clean, and professional. They were very detail oriented, and went over everything with me before leaving. They are also the only ones who pulled a permit with the city and had a follow up inspection days later.

Crawford Services installed our air conditioning units several years ago and we have maintained our service contract with them. We have been extremely pleased with the units they installed and their continued maintenance of those units. All of the service technicians that have come to the house have been great, especially Joe Gil!

I only have great things to say about Crawford Services Inc. I’ve had several (well known) companies come out to do repairs on my 2 units at my home only to be lied to and ripped off. This time my AC wasn’t cooling so I spent days researching Heating & AC companies and discovered Crawford Services Inc. When I called, I actually talked to a real person who seemed to care that I had a problem. It was late in the afternoon but she offered to send someone out by 7pm! I was shocked but said the next day would be fine. Nathan Cross came out the next day. I was impressed that he took the time to talk to me to find out what was happening, we looked a the inside and outside units, and he patiently listened to my whining about the problems I’d had with it. He totally went through the unit and determined it was just out of freon. Before adding almost $600.00 of freon he suggested a pressure check of the system to see how bad the leak was. Pleasant surprise #2, he didn’t just fill it up, charge me $$$ and leave. It turned out that the leaks were pretty bad so he gave me some options for the fix. Because of the problems I’d had with the units in the past and the repair cost, I ask him if it would just be better to replace it. He discussed the pros and cons especially since my units used the older refrigerant. Not once did he try to sell me anything! He was all about giving me information. I decided to have him send out a sales person to talk about the options. Kerry Hutchison came out right away while Nathan was putting everything back together. Kerry was about as low key a salesman as I’d ever met. He listened to what My wife and I expected the system to do and provided options that were all good. Not once did he try to up sell me. In fact, I had to ask him to show what the super high end product offered that the one he was suggesting didn’t have. Turns out, he was spot on with what I wanted and needed. He’s a friendly and straight shooter kind of guy. Not once did I ever get the impression that he was in a hurry for my wife and I to make a decision. He was also knowledgable about factory and utility company rebates and incentives, When he left, I really felt confident that I’d made the right decision. A couple of days later, Polo Cortez and Oscar Salas came out to install the units. Just like everyone else at Crawford Services Inc, they were friendly and totally professional. The first thing they did was lay out heavy drop cloths inside my house. Polo kept me up with what was going on during the process and pleasantly answered all of my questions. Never once making me feel like I was a nuisance. My wife offices at home and they did everything in their power to be as quiet at possible. They ended up needing access to my attic which is a pain because it’s a small access inside a closet. A closet that’s only used for storing lots of stuff! Polo and Oscar happily offered their assistance and jumped in to help us clear it all out. After they were all done, Polo walked me through what they had done and the operation of the rather sophisticated thermostat system. They even did a great job of cleaning up. I really appreciate everyones attitudes and knowledge of the product. This is a company I can trust and recommend. BTW, the unit I purchased was a Lennox Elite Series. After rebates and incentives it still wasn’t cheap but it ended up being a much better price than I had expected.

I found Crawford Services Inc online by searching certified Lennox techs and was satisfied with the quality of service. Joe G. was my Pro tech and explained my options in detail clearly. He provided more than enough information in order to make a decision to fix my A/C issue. Even though the pricing was not cheap, his professionalism and expertise was worth it. I ended up signing for a year maintenance.

From the Sales meeting with Kerry through the install with Polo, I was very impressed with the experience. Kerry gave us all the options in a straightforward manner that was easy to understand. Polo showed up exactly when we were told he would be here ready to go. Did a thorough review of our existing system and walked me through what they were going to do. Polo and his assistant Oscar were very professional and did a fantastic job from the start to the finish, even sweeping out the garage area. Walk me through the new control unit which is straight forward. I could have been more satisfied.

Joe **** just did my Spring Tune-up and service. He's great! On-time, clean, professional and really kind. I'm a recent widow and HVAC was something my husband took care of, so I'm facing a learning curve here. Joe was very patient and explained exactly what he was going to do and what he found that needed attention. I signed up for the yearly maintenance contract too.

Richard M. has provided excellent service for our two heating/air systems (one a heat pump, one not) for at least 4 years now. He shows up on time, is able to intelligently explain whatever he needs to do and/or does with the system, and is not put off if we ask for an explanation of the costs in advance. He gets his jobs done in what we consider a reasonable amount of time. Richard suggested a heat-distributing hood for our older outside unit, designed it, and the Crawford people built it. This aging unit not only runs better, it has an extended lease on life. To date, we have found Crawford charges to be reasonable for the high quality of the work done. We appreciate Richard and Crawford Services very much.
