I have a 20 year old system. Polo and Oscar were the installers for the job. They worked tirelessly all day to remove the old system and install the new system. Though the work was straight forward (according to them), they did extra work such was removing the fence gate to bring in the new larger condenser unit (fence gate reassembled afterwards). I was impressed the work was completed within the same day and the installation looked better than my original unit. Polo went over how to operate the new unit and how to replace the new filter and periodic cleaning I can do to help the system. He also pointed out all the little extras they put in to help improve the air conditioning life and performance. I could tell Crawford teaches their workers quality first as this helps reduce rework and produce an awesome product. I recommend Polo and Oscar. for your air conditioning work. Oscar S. 03/03/20 |

I have a 20 year old system. Kenji came out for the estimate and he carefully explained which unit model is best for my house. During his inspection, I saw he noted parts of the job to pass on to the installers. Such as fence gate size and the attic door to ensure it was wide enough for the job. Estimate Friday and they started the job Monday, I was glad they were able to start the work so quickly. I was impressed both Kenji and Ron (Costco rep) showed up to introduce us to the installers and Kenji covered everything again with them. Kenji is very knowledgeable and friendly. Wife and I were very at ease discussing everything about the company, their workers, and how they work to Lennox procedures. I recommend Kenji to anyone when deciding your next replacement AC system. The fellas (Jesus & Roberto) that installed our AC UNIT & Furnace did a professional job, taking their time Checking operation of the furnace & AC unit , explaining how to program our thermostat, along with showing installation of furnace, plus showing how to change out furnace filter. Manuel Zapata and his son, Jose are an install team working for Crawford Services. Two large units plus ancillary equipment were replaced with new Lennox systems. The two equipment areas are difficult to access but these men made a tough job look simple! Extreme care was taken of our home and everything was clean and neat after they left. The new install is very neatly done and the new Lennox equipment state of the art with amazing features.

Joe Gil came to do our fall maintenance this afternoon. He did a very good job with the maintenance, explaining what he was doing and what he found. He also answered some questions for us on our new network-connected thermostats. He also mentioned some ways to save money with our system. He was very knowlegeable on our system and always had an answer when we asked questions. Joe arrived on schedule, called me by name and stated he was Joe Gil with Crawford Services. He was in uniform (work), neat and had all his tools with him. He had the filters he was suppose to bring and stated they are a new design. He had his shoe protectors and went to the air-conditioner closet. He was very quite, checked the service area and moved to the out side unit. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He pointed out here was an adjustment needed on the wall thermostat which he corrected. He checked the outside unit and found no problems. On 11/6/2019 Jesus Ortiz and Roberto Reyes installed a new HVAC system at our house. They were both kind, courteous, very professional and patient in answering questions. They were working very hard and. from what I can tell as a non HVAC professional, they did a fantastic job. Our A/C unit stopped working today and of course it was 95 degrees out. Called Crawford for around 1:30 and the technician joe Gil showed up a little after 4:30. We're glad that we were able to get somebody out on such short notice. Joe was quick on the diagnosis which was the fan motor. He had everything wrapped up by 6:00. We're happy campers now that it's getting cooler. Our dog definitely appreciates it.

We have been a customer of Crawford Services since 2013. During our maintenance check for the summer, Joe suspected there was a leak in the systems. After a diagnostic test, it was confirmed.
The following week, both Floyd and Joe began the process of changing out the bad coils.
The job was completed, the units are running efficiently. This is a company who's employees know what they are doing, know what they are diagnosing, and make every effort to make the customer happy.

We have used Crawford Service for many years, and just had our summer "tune-up", using an annual maintenance coverage program, for semi-annual inspections, which also includes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no overtime service coverage-and I highly recommend it!. Joe was kind, courteous, and promptly completed his inspection. The technicians are also very conscientious, as on one visit, they noticed an adjacent neighbor's compressor unit was not blowing hot air as it should.
