I am sending this email to complain. First of all your company seems to try to limit my reviews by isolating the technician who did the work. I was pleased by his work on my repair and do not wish to take anything away from him. My complaint is with you crawford. I called you on a sunday and was led to believe someone would be out on monday. I finally called around five pm to say no one had showed up costing me a days pay. When I called around five pm i was told that the answering service you used must have not told you. Well i do not care. If you contract work with these people you are responsible for their actions. Secondly I got the bill for your services and was told I needed to pay a diagnostic bill of 160.00. Nothing was diagnosed. I told the repair man exactly what was wrong. Apparently there is a wire leading from the outside unit to the inside unit that was too short because i had cut the wire. The technician added 20 feet to the middle of this wire. He never even looked at the outside unit. He added the 20 feet in the middle of the wire. It only took a little more than half an hour. There was no diagnosis what so ever. The wire was already connected to the inside unit as well as the outside unit. PERHAPS YOU CALL THIS CHARGE A SERVICE fee. I have no wish to deTRACT FROM the technician. He did his job. SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS MY COMPUTER IS ACTING UP. It is Crawford which I had a problem with.

Very professional, almost did not know they were here and when they found 1 additional problem were quick to stop and discuss options with me, then still committed to being complete on same day despite me adding additional work to the job.

If I could give this company 6 stars out of 5, I would. From my initial contact with the Comfort Specialist, Kenji Pearce who sold me two new Lennox AC and heating system units, to the installers, Jesus Ortiz, the Head Installer and his assistant, Roberto Reyes, I received exemplary and knowledgeable service. I have previously dealt with another AC company in Southlake and I can say that this company is head and shoulders above them in customer service. A third company who I got a bid from spent little time in my home analyzing my AC needs, wanted to sell me a unit larger than I needed, and worked hard to try and convince me that I shouldn't buy the high level unit I had decided on. I became suspicious that they were trying to sell me excess inventory and then was even more disappointed when they started to slash price at the last moment to try and get my job. Kenji was honest and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Great job all the way around and I would highly recommend Crawford to anyone looking for a superior job and a customer friendly company. I now have a new "go to" AC and heating company for my needs here in Southlake.

These people “Crawford Sevices” are ripping people off. They say the cool club is a maintenance programa when it’s nothing but a discount in the future. Great! Sell me a discount and say I’m all taking care of fir a year. I still can’t get someone out here in less than 2 days. Este of money and a terrible company.

After a great deal of study and discussions with HVAC vendors, I chose Crawford Services, Inc. to install a new Lennox heat pump system in my home. Kenji Pearce came out to complete the initial assessment of my needs. He was friendly and very professional. Kenji carefully measured my home and thoroughly analyzed the potential heat load and ducting. He then patiently explained to me his recommendations for a new system, while offering options which I could also consider. I don't believe I have ever encountered anyone who has been as technically knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Kenji is a great teacher, and I learned a lot about my home and about why the system he was recommending would provide the greatest amount of comfort and satisfaction. My system was installed by two amazing technicians - Jesus Ortiz and Roberto Reyes. Like Kenji, they were very friendly, considerate, and professional. It was clear that they took great pride in their workmanship. They were very organized and kept their workspace very clean and neat. When they found that the breaker in my home was insufficient for the heat strips that I needed, they installed a suitable replacement that could handle the load. Kenji spent a good deal of time with Jesus and Roberto to make sure that they had everything that they needed to complete my new system. He also explained the installation process to me and highlighted many of the extra steps that Jesus and Roberto were taking to make sure that everything was just right. It was a most impressive team effort. My new Lennox HVAC system looks great! Unlike previous installers I have had from other companies, Jesus and Roberto do high end commercial quality work. I cannot imagine a better looking installation. Since it was installed, my new Lennox system has performed exactly as Kenji had promised. It is efficient and quiet. Many times, I cannot tell that it is even running. Bottomline: If you simply want the best, get a new Lennox HVAC from Crawford Services, Inc., and be sure to ask for Kenji, Jesus, and Roberto. One of my new favorite service providers. Tim came out and did a quick fix on a temporary repair I had done. He also chatted with me quickly about some needed repairs on our water heater and explained options and approximate pricing. The repair took less than 6 minutes and Tim was super. Their prices seem very reasonable on the upcoming repairs and Tim was very transparent and helpful., so they have my highest recommendation.

Kenji Pearce arrived on time to assess my HVAC needs. He was very thorough, explaining the process to determine what I wanted and what options were available. Once I decided what system I wanted based on his recommendations, the one-visit install was scheduled promptly and completed very professionally. I was very favorably impressed with Kenji as well as the install team of Manuel Zapata and Jose Zapata. After my initial experience with Kenji Pearce I was convinced to request him by name for help with another HVAC installation ! I was working on an extremely tight schedule and I knew Kenji was the one I wanted to help me. With his experience he was able to figure my needs, offer solutions, and commit to an install within days. I was concerned with an old failing HVAC system facing what has turned out to be one of the worst ever winter weather events for this area. The install team of Jesus Ortiz and Roberto Reyes were most professional in carefully prepping the interior areas of my home. They were very courteous and obviously extremely good in accomplishing all of the necessary tasks in such a complicated project. A special thanks to Roberto for his patience with me in setting up the new thermostat and programming my phone app !

Joe with Crawford Services came out for an inspection on my furnace after another AC/heating co advised me that I needed a new unit. He advised me that there was really nothing wrong with my unit and that the rust (minimal) that was on the unit was from a humidifier the previous owner had added to the unit. He basically saved me 7600.00. I can't thank Crawford services and Joe enough. They were extremely honest and went to the trouble to show me how things operated on the furnace and what to expect on the performance of the unit. Thank you Crawford services and Joe G.-*** **

We had an HVAC service tech for 20yrs, he retired and we began our search for another.... We went through three companies and their techs to start and selected Crawford... strictly because of the tech Joe Gil who was extremely knowledgeable and rooted out the cause in no time which was low R-22. The other techs tried to determine the cause by guesswork, the other tech(s) figured to remedy the issue would cost $3,400 -to full replacement of a 5-ton unit @ $14,000 . Joe found no such problems as suggested the high dollar boys, by inspection and as such won the business and hopefully and us as a long-term customer.

Worst fear living in Texas during the summer heat, AC System not working and on top of that stops working on a weekend. Contacted Crawford Services and Joe Gill came to our rescue. Our Lennox AC unit was stopping frequently. Crawford tech Nathan ***** narrowed it down to a particular part he replaced and indicated if that didn't fix it there was only 1 other possibility. He documented that if it happened again they would credit us back the cost of the part he replaced. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. The way he tested everything after replacing the part and explained everything really instilled confidence in him and his technical knowledge/experience. Crawford Services has been good to us throughout this experience.

I had my routine 6 month check up for my A/C system. I used Crawford Services as my service professional. I had Joe G. as my service tech. He was professional, conversational, and went about his work in a no-nonsense manner. He did find that I had a significant leak of gas from my A/C unit, which was only 2 years old. I had a parts only warranty, which he checked and verified. He first showed me where the leaks were occurring. I was disappointed in that I bought a large volume Lennox system. I have lived here in the house for 40 years, and this is the third Lennox system. All previous systems worked well for many years with no problems. Getting back to my problem, Joe showed me where the leaks were occurring, what it was doing to my system, in terms of efficiency loss, and the cost of labor to replace the large part. He filled the system, and then sold me a 10 year parts and warranty for my system, which was less than $200 more than the labor alone. I jumped at the opportunity. It was an excellent transaction, I am completely satisfied with the outcome. One final note: With the filling of my system with gas coolant, I discovered that the AC unit was quite loud prior to filling, because it is now whisper quiet, even during the hottest part of these summer days. Great organization, great people. I fully recommend Joe G. and the rest of the staff at Crawford Services.

Originally they thought they would need to provide an additional repair, but they realized their mistake, updated the board correctly, and refunded my deposit. When my air conditioning unit failed, a technician was sent right out to help me in the triple digit heat of July. I purchased a new heating and air conditioning system which it was installed professionally and in a timely manner. Joe Gil from Crawford services did a good job on my AC unit. He checked several capacitors with an OHM meter and cleaned and checked a lot of items on the compressor outside and on the condenser inside. The bill ended up being just under $500 bucks so a little steep, but the AC works and all his recommendations have proven to be correct so far.
