This is the second time I've used Cowboy and thank goodness I did! Adrian and Gerald were consummate professionals and were sooo helpful. They even helped me set up my bed (pain in the ! $#/). First off, want to say the team (Josh, Vance, Emilio) that was sent to do the move was great and very accommodating. All very polite and friendly. Move just happened four days ago but so far, have found nothing broken. One reason we don't give Cowboy Moving five stars is because of being charged for their travel time to and from the office. Even though we knew of this ahead of time, it still doesn't seem fair that we had to pay for an hour and a half of travel time. Maybe only charge half the normal rate for travel? Another reason for holding out that last star is that even though the office staff that answers the phone are very polite and helpful, we were given an estimate of five to six hours for the move and it took about seven (not including the travel time). The divers got lost coming to your apartment and took them over an hour to get there then when they showed up Jose complained about having to dismantle the bed and the furniture and basically acted like he did not want to do any work all he wanted to do is move the boxes every time he had to move a piece of furniture he complained. I am a retail customer service manager and I would never hire Jose to do any jobs for my company Dennis was courteous but kind of slowed down once the move happened at the new residents and then he quoted us a two hour drive time going back to their base, so no tip was given to the drivers because I felt like he basically took advantage of the drive time going back to their base. So I would have liked a better experience with cowboy Moving and Storage knowing that they've been in town forever and they were one of the closest companies to our apartment to set up the move but kind of have a bad feeling about the company I know my experience doesn't count for all expenses but I still wished my experience was better since it was the first time I used cowboy moving and storage 08/26/16 |

Great service! The guys walked the house before starting. They also wanted to know if there was anything that we needed off of the truck first when unloading. If you need to move in the state of Colorado, if you don't hire Cowboy Moving & Storage, YOU will be making a mistake!!! Everyone here is kind, respectful and made a difficult move easier!!! Puting my life storage was NOT in my plans! Cowboy kept my belonging's in the original trailer until i closed, and had them to me across the 200 miles, to over the Rockies within CO in 3 days. The team i had , Jorge, Juan & Mike worked tirelessly to get my very LARGE amout of furniture and boxes just where i wanted them. What a great crew!!! Thank you guys! This time I hired them to move furniture in our house in order to lay down a new rug. They were very efficient and patient with me as I had to get my measurements just right. I contacted Cowboy Moving because I have heard all good things about them and they also support Freedom Service Dogs. My move on August 5 went so smooth. The movers, Dominic, Adam, Travis were wonderful, happy, cheerful. They joked but kept moving at a constant pace and were so very careful of my belongings. The move was relatively stress free on my part and reasonably priced. The scheduler Donna, made booking my move very successful. If I ever move again, they will be the first one I call. David, Darrin, Debbie and the whole Cowboy Moving crew were simply amazing. They moved an entire semitrailer full of our belongings into our home. A home that has new interior paint and new hardwood floors. They took such care that not one mark got on the walls and the floors looks pristine - zero damage! This wasn't going to be an easy move and that's why we chose to use movers. The crew that was assigned to us was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We chose Cowboy Moving because of their reputation and hearing the crew talk about the company we started to understand why the employees stay as long as 15 years. It's a team concept. This team of moving professionals were some of the hardest workers and most concientious people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cowboy Moving is an amazing company to work with. We had Mike M and Travis M for both loading and unloading and they were amazing. We had to load and hold our household stuff as we were in between moves for over 10 days.
Mike M definately has a talent of packing the truck.
