Mike Moore and Emelio Vasquez of Cowboy Moving did an exceptional job of packing and loading my Penske truck for the self move to Phoenix. I discovered they went way beyond what one would expect when we were unloading the truck. They also helped with some stuff that is probably not in their job description. They took extra care with the items and loaded everything so nicely into the truck. And they took the extra time to unload everything just where we wanted it in the new house! This is the second time Cowboy has moved our company in the last 7 years. We had other bids, some slightly lower but knowing this company, the people who work there, it was ultimately the best match for us. We were not disappointed. Moved us after hours. The best crew I can imagine for a stressful (for me not them, they are pros) move. We had a semi and an extra truck of valuables and the only things broken were my fault. Half of the load had to go down a spiral staircase and no dings even with a huge refridge. I cannot say how fantastic of an experience we had. I just wanted to share a great experience yesterday moving our medical office. Henry T, Alex V and Kenwon B were the gentlemen that came from Cowboy Moving and Storage for our move. We had two moves, a "move-out" after which our household goods (2 trailers) were put into Cowboy's storage lot for 15 days. Then a "move-in" into our new home. Darrin, David, Charles, Bob & Mike M did an outstanding job on both stages. Both moves were very efficient and the guys were fast and did everything we asked to place items in the designated rooms. All of our goods came through in good shape. The actual cost of the move was less than was estimated by Jose Jr. Good news all around. Will not hesitate to recommend Cowboy to anyone who asks. I have used Cowboy Moving and Storage twice now. The last being my moving my office. Dominic and Josh took apart and put my complicated desk back together perfectly. Then I asked the company to drop off certain pieces of furniture that I did not want. No problem, went right to Goodwill and did a great job there. They were on time and were efficient. They also picked up some of the things I did not want from my new office and took those away. No headaches for me at all. I even had fun laughing with them. Peter Boyles (Radio KNUS Talk Show Host) also used them last month. He liked them so well that he and my husband (Tom Moller, news anchor) kept talking about them on his radio program the next day. The move was a nearly flawless experience. One glass pane was broken in my china cabinet but they promptly replaced it. Made moving bearable! Really, there are few things less stressful and painful than moving. After 10 years in our home, we decided to move. After a few trusted friends told me Cowboy Moving was the best, I called and got an estimate. Booked them then and there. The team showed up on time and was very professional.
