Debbie, Darrin & Azeal were fantastic. Debbie did a great job scheduling and kept us updatd. Darrin and Azeal arrived on time and were very professional. They moved our items back into the house after we refinished our wood floors. They moved everything quickly and efficiently and nothing was damaged. Cowboy is always the best! We always use them, whether it's a small task or for a big move. Jean in the office, the driver and two movers were wonderful. We had part of our house staying, part going to Point A, and part going to Point B. They followed the instructions to the detail and completed the entire 3-way move within 3-1/2 hours. This was certainly not my first rodeo in terms of moving. But the cowboys- Darrin, Denis and Jose- made it as stress free as moving can be. They arrived on time. The xplanations and paperwork were effortless and easily understood. They were very professional in assessing what needed to be moved and were very efficient n getting it loaded. The snow covered parking lot presented no hindrance to the process for them. This was a "load and hold" while we await completion of our construction. Will definitely request the same team for them load. And of course, none of it could have happened without Debb walking me through the process and coordinating everything for us. Movers were very polite and worked hard to unload all my boxes and put them in the right rooms. It took a little longer than anticipated but they didn't take breaks so that we could finish as soon ad possible. I haven't unpacked yet, but they trief to be careful so as to avoid damaging anything. Azael C. , his brother, and the other young man who moved us out of our house Nov 21, 2016 were awesome! We have had Cowboy Movers move us twice before and they always do a fantastic job! They packed up the house and put it on their truck the same day without hardly stopping to take a break. Azael and his brother had moved us into the house 10 years ago which was really neat. Then, when they got back to Denver, we live in Buena Vista in the mountains 2 1/2 hrs away, they had to move all the furniture (including our piano) onto a storage trailer as our new home won't be ready until spring. We love the guys and always brag about the service we get at Cowboy movers. You have a wonderful company but more importantly the people who work for you are the best! We give them a 5 star rating.
